<Asking for a friend> US Military guy married an Australian civilian and fathered her 2 kids. He never lived in Australia, (would come to visit, or she went to visit him) as he was always on military duty and (according to him) couldn't ever reveal where he was working due to security. (He was logistics/driver in Middle East Duty). He never sent money after second child came along and eventually ghosted.
Aussie mum is just trying to get him to pay support after 10 years.
Tracked him down, know his name, rnak, serial number, social security number, command post. Sent letters to his home address in Baltimore, Maryland (on base), and emailed commander of his unit to get help. No help given (sighting privacy issues) despite proving marriage and his name on children's birth certs. What can we do to get him to pay his fair share? There is an Australian child support order in place, but he never responded to mail, email or phone calls. Can you help?
