A list of puns related to "Medieval Song"
Just discuss it in the comments lol.
My List:
I appreciate the hallmark of most Power Metal is "fantasy", but I'm referring more to the sound than the lyrical theme. I don't know a way to describe it better than that; songs that have that vibe thats often described as medieval (think if Adrian von Ziegler or the Fiechter brothers wrote power metal for example), the best examples I can think of would be stuff from Rhapsody of Fire like The Village of Dwarves (especially this), March of the Swordmaster Eternal Snow+Terial The Hawk, to a lesser extent the intro to The Water Dancer by Frozen Crown or (to exit the genre briefly) Mourning Red by Wolfchant, while the intro isn't played on medieval sounding instruments and doesn't have quite the same feeling as a result, it definitely sounds like something that could be played on a lute around a campfire.
Just to save people searching, links to the referenced songs for examples of what I'm looking for more of.

Does anyone know what the Latin song is that starts with the words "Oh Sacramento"?
song starts at 0.37
I'm trying to remember a song that was popular in the last few years because the last verse/feature sounded funny. It was like high-pitched falsetto and it had a sound similar to a medieval bard or something like that. Thanks!
idk if many kpop songs exist with this concept. the only one that comes to mind for me is infinite's pray.
are there any other kpop songs with that royal/medieval vibe? i don't mean visually royal concepts, specifically the song has that type of sound. some jpop songs that are a good reference include maon kurosaki's dead or lie and kanon wakeshima's still doll.
Post title pretty much states everything I remember about the song. I think it also has the lyrics "fudeles song" but I'm not sure. I've been trying to scourge my emails in case I still have the notification for the replies on the comment I've posted there, but to no avail.
I'm suddenly very interested in medieval english (language) folk but don't know anything on the subject. Does anyone have a favorite reference? I think I'm looking for arrangements for voice (I also play guitar), but would also appreciate expository references. I'm mostly interested in the modality and melody but history would be fun too.
