This is from John Stewart's Daily show yesterday, 8-2-12. This is also the part that reddit does not tell you. Here's a more complete version of the quote. "These people are always trying to say the government is against them, Well in this case, I am pretty sure they got something, I'm pretty sure you cannot outlaw a company with perfectly legal business practices because you find their CEO's views repellent. I'm not sure which amendment covers that, but I am pretty sure it's in the top 1. " Right before he said this he showed pictures and quotes of the mayors of Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston saying Chik-fil-a is not welcome in their towns.

Edit Seeing many of the same comments so I want to clarify. These respective mayors made strongly worded public statements regarding Chik-fil-a, they didn't literally ban the company, because as Stewart points out in the quote, they do not have that ability because of the 1st amendment.
