A list of puns related to "Mark Duper"

Name: Mark Super Duper
Position: Wide Receiver
Height/Weight: 5β 9β / 185 lbs
Summary: Mark Duper was a wide receiver whose incredible speed and talent contributed to the birth of the passing era. Routinely the fastest man on the field, Duper was a master of the sprint, capable of tearing the top off a defense and zooming past before they even knew what happened.

With the departure of Paul Warfield, and the rapidly encroaching end of then-nine year veteran Nat Mooreβs career, the Miami Dolphins were looking for new blood in 1982. The needed another speed demon to help stretch the field and β if at all possible β simply outrun opposing cornerbacks. They didnβt need to look too far for their man, as βSuperβ Duper had fallen to the secondβ¦
Mark Duper was selected in the 2nd Round of the 1982 NFL Draft, chosen 52nd overall.
Duper found himself in a rocky situation from the onset. While he was a designated starter for lack of adequate personnel, he carried an injury that stuck with him the majority of his rookie season, and the Dolphins simply wouldnβt get to test their new asset until the start of the following year.
However, 1983 was the first year that the Dolphins saw some return on their investment.

I have to warn you, apester, this is a super duper long read and it will take a considerable amount of your time as well as about 140% (several estimations state that the percentage might even be as high as 420-696.9%) of brain resources. In the last 18 months my wife and I have not had any type of trips or vacations or even a weekend without the kids at home. So I decided I would plan a little weekend getaway to New York City. We Donny live super far itβs about a 2 hour drive. So I get tickets to go see Wicked on Broadway, make reservations at what Iβm told is one of the best steak houses in NYC, and plan some other small things. Iβm super excited and after I plan everything and get the babysitter situation handled I tell her. She is HYPED, canβt wait. Itβs been a long year and we def need this. So the next day i go into work and I tell my boss about the planned trip. Now just for some background my boss is only about 6-7 years older than I am and he wasnβt always my boss we were co-workers then he got a promotion. We were friendly before but because he became management it makes hanging out kind of awkward because thereβs things you can say and do around friends that you canβt do around your boss. And we were super duper friends before. So after I tell him about the trip he says βAww man that sounds awesome I would love to do something like that but canβt because of the kids. So next day, actually yesterday, he asks me whatβs the exact date of my trip so he can mark it on the calendar, because I would be taking the Friday off. I tell him and then leave for lunch. Around 3:00pm he comes into my office super excited and says βguess what? We may be seeing each other in NYC!β I have a confused look on my face. He says him and his wife liked my idea so much they planned a trip similar. They booked reservations for the same show and restaurants at the same exact times as us and also booked the same boat tour at the same time. He was super excited saying we could all hang out and have such a great time. I WAS PISSED. Luckily I bought ticket insurance on the Broadway show and the Airbnb was refundable before 72 hours after making the reservations. I was able to just cancel and rebooked everything for the following weekend. I havenβt told my boss yet but I know he is gonna be hurt. I just wanted a nice weekend away with my wife alone. I asked some of my friends and they seem to be split 70/30 NTA/AH. I could be the asshole because I secretly pushed my trip back a week without telling him after he was super excited that we would be able to hangout but I just want alone time with my wife not a group trip. AITA?

Hi folks,
There is a new bling command. If you give it something in your inventory to mark as bling, then that item will show up at the top of the list when others look at you. (Your worn/wielded items show after the bling list.)
You can only show N items as bling, where N is 1 plus your VIP level. When someone looks at you, the game looks through your top-level inventory, finds the first N items marked as bling, and shows those, followed by the usual worn/wielded/offered items.
If you put a bling item in a bag, it will not show up for others.
The bling command is a toggle, so if you:
bling private jet
bling private jet
then it will bling it, then un-bling it.
If you type bling with no arguments, it will show which items you have marked as bling.
The command takes numbers after names, like most commands in the game, so for example you can "bling bag 3" if you want to bling the 3rd item in your inventory whose name matches "bag".
I wrote this command in a super-duper hurry, to get it in before the reboot today, so there may be bugs. Let me know.
Also let me know if you can think of any desirable enhancements. One thing I'd like to do if there's demand is show the pictures of the items as well as the items themselves, but that's tricky to do in the server output window, and might require showing the items in a popup list. Would that be OK?

I find with TF2 nowadays (especially in specific community servers) you get one of two matches - either your team wins solidly, or your team loses solidly. The former just feels awful - you have the players who are super duper well coordinated, who are seemlessly working together to get through chokes, everything, etc. and are constantly pushing up. Even though it's a public community server, it feels like I'm playing a fucking 6v6 invite game with how aggressive some people get. Obviously, that's not on them - that's on me. But it's still frustrating to play against and constantly lose because I don't know what I should be taking from it.
Like if I'm on say, Process, and our entire team gets wiped. The other team has played UGC Plat or some shit, they know how to play the game, they're all pumped and ready and they wipe us clean off the face of the Earth. What should I take away from that, other than just "Well, they're better than me"? Especially if it feels like nothing I throw at them works.
In more specific situations, sometimes you just have games where you get washed by one specific player. I could be playing Scout, who is really good at just 1v1ing most classes, and I get washed by every Solider or Demo under the sun. Even if it's a complete 1v1, and I have the advantage running in, I still just miss all my shots or they manage to aim theirs really well and I am just constantly at their beck and call to be another mark on their stranges. Sure, I can practice with these classes in MGE, but what else am I supposed to do other than that? MGE only goes so far, and I don't want to be one of those Scout players that just practices MGE 24/7 and cares way too much about the 1v1s.
tl;dr What do I take away from getting stomped, either by an entire enemy team or in 1v1s? What should I be trying to learn from these situations other than understanding there's a skill gap between me and them? It's just frustrating going in and eating shit every time I play because the 6s players can't find any pug games and need to take it out on some people. I want to at least feel competent in the game, but I just can't get that. Is it really as simple as "play the game more"?
Names are weird. They grant us an identity and we cling onto them with everything we have in desperate need to keep that individuality that we all crave. Names are part of us. Theyβre the most important component in building a person. Without a name, we are nothing. Weβre just flesh and bone and muscle entwined together.

Iβve been quarantined inside Ace Academy for 21 days, eighteen hours, and six minutes. You donβt know of Ace Academy. If you did, I wouldnβt be writing this. Our school and the situation within its grounds has been hidden for 21 days, eighteen hours and six minutes. And I want to tell you what is going on. I want to tell you why we are monitored 24 hours a day. Why blood paints every wall like a caveman painting, our classrooms reduced to rubble. Ace Academy is located in Portland, Oregon.
Itβs an arts school which doubles as a boarding school. At least thatβs what it is externally. In reality, Ace Academy is a dumping ground for kids whose parents donβt want them. Beginnings are always a good way to start so I will start with mine. I donβt have much of one though, so bear with me. Iβll try and explain it the best way I can. So, imagine you walk into a room and forget why you walked in there, and what it was you were doing. Itβs that one second of disorientation and confusion, a wave of mind fog choking your brain. It might come to you, it might not. But you get on with your day and forget about it. That moment of disorientation, that lapse in memory that is more of an inconvenience to you, that is my life.
I donβt remember things. The only way I can is writing down my experiences in my notebook. At some point I wrote down my condition right at the beginning of the book. I wrote in blue biro and traced it with red crayon, probably so it stands out. I doodled little cartoon characters around it, again, most likely to get my own attention. I donβt know what the cartoon characters are. I donβt know their names, and I canβt connect them to any memories or experiences in my life. That is strange to you. Youβre probably wondering why Iβm like this and Iβll do my best to tell you. According to my own words, my brain doesnβt work the way it should. There is a part of the human memory called episodic memory. It stores your personal experiences, what you see and hear.

Context
I live in a West Coast city where, like many places, there's been a good chunk of people of have come out better financially because of the pandemic, lots have stayed steady and tried to make the best of it, and a HOARD of people who have been deeply fucked over.
Another factor that's at play in my story is the explosion in spending on home goods. Did You Know ThAT Millennials Love Plants? Hell, I went down a new plant rabbit holeas I googled for those links. In my city and among my friends, the drift of the trend has been people who were sorta into houseplants getting really into houseplants. People who held the kinds of jobs that gave them a reasonable amount of disposable income that were suddenly all working from home looked around their apartments and dusted off the pothos vine in the corner and got in. I got into a bunch of local houseplant Facebook groups. These groups are the best places to very easily swap for, request or cheaply buy fun plant stuff. There's definitely a streak of performative wokeness in these groups. One non plant only Buy nothing group I'm has a practice of givers marking items BIPOC preferred/only to indicate that they'd like to/will only give the item to a personal of color. This started last June, and I've seen some really thoughtful gives to people of color in a way that acknowledged systemic wealth disparities. I've also seen it used in ways that 100% read as "(i'm a good person who cares about black people!) Who wants my lightly used makeup??".
The tone of the way these groups talk about houseplants is very feel good liberal stuff. Taking care of plants reminds people to take care of themselves. Having a new hobby distracts you from pandemic worries. [Propagating](https://www.dwell.com/article/how-to-prop
