A list of puns related to "Makeup Tutorial"
β¦or something like that. I feel like sheβs seen the frequent comments all over the place of people diagnosing her with DID (lol). The way she said it, with a kinda βhmm! ππ»ββοΈ oh well!!!β attitude, seemed super contrived to me and just wayyyy to conveniently timed, given her scary death threat drive she just got finished denying. I definitely feel like sheβs playing with us. We just served her a plausible out to act a whole fool, and later deny because DIDβ¦. π
I wish people would stop saying she has βmultiple personalitiesβ because thereβs literal diagnostic criteria for a DID diagnosis that we cannot possibly have access to as mere viewers, even those of us who are therapists or who work in mental health settings. ππΎββοΈ I think sheβs running away with this idea and trolling US in these wack ass lives. π
I guess thatβs a weird title. But itβs pretty much what Iβm looking for. Most YouTubers use fake lashes that hide all their eyelids and makeup. And if you do the makeup without the fake lashes it looks quite bad. Iβve found a lot of Asian YouTubers that do makeup tutorials without using the fake lashes and it actually looks good. But Iβm not Asian and we donβt have the same eye shape. Is there any western beauty guru that does this type of makeup? Thanks!
This might be a bit more of a weird question, but whatever!
I wondered if anyone has links to some of the first makeup tutorials uploaded to YouTube. I know that this tutorial is regarded as the first video (claimed by James Charles). Does anybody know any more? I love watching nostalgic makeup videos, but theyβre so hard to find. Theyβre drowned out by modern makeup tutorials. I need to know if thereβs super old tutorials on YouTube! Iβd love to see them! Thanks to anyone who can help :)
MtF here, and I've always been hesitant to try makeup as I just always get super overwhelmed by it as I dont know where to start, what to look up, what order things should be in, etc..
But this year I really want to start learning how to do makeup, so any advice, suggestions/tips, or video tutorial suggestions would be very appreciative.
Suppose I should explain, that the hesitancy to try makeup is because of an Ex partner of mine who more or less tricked me into doing makeup, as we were going to a LGBTQ+ party thing and so I had let her do it... Only to walk into the house and be met with laughs and snickers to discover that she basically did clown makeup on me, and lied to me about what the party was... It was just some stupid party that a friend of hers had thrown, and they dared my ex to make me a clown for the party.
(She was an awful, abusive ex so it really isnt as surprising as you'd think)
But because of her and that experience, ive been kinda traumitized and scared to use makeup ever since, but im moving on from that and want to really learn how to do it, so i can feel more "cute" and "feminine"
Hi everyone!
Could you please share a makeup tutorial that is easy to follow with a beautiful result? I'm invited for a wedding and would love for a beautiful glam look (but nothing extreme) that would photograph beautifully. I was invited to the engagement party and my makeup wasn't visible at all. I've now bought some false lashes hoping they would make a difference.
Thank you!
ETA: Would be really perfect if it suited brown eyes too!!!
I like watching Makeup tutorials on YouTube, especially those in which the before and after transformations are really impressive, and when makeup artists are really good at making themselves look like different people.
Some would also call it catfish makeup, or cosmetic surgery makeup. For example, Aprilηθθε and Hyojin are quite good at this.
If anyone could rec me some other channels by artists who mostly do this kind of makeup, I'd really appreciate it. Any Asian language is fine. Thanks!
I am a clumsy ass bitch and I can even draw a str8 line smh pls help me haha
Can anyone recommend a good makeup artist that does tutorials? I used to follow Jaclyn Hill but Iβm not into that style anymore. Looking for more natural looks. I love wearing makeup but I need a little help haha
UPDATE: I just made another library of products + tutorials for fair to light skin tones --> link. I'm also working on one for medium to deep, and deep skin tones.
Heya!
Earlier, I shared a spreadsheet of olive foundations and some info about my work on a makeup recommendation engine. Thanks everyone for the ideas and feedback so far :)
Iβm now excited to share an update β a library of makeup products and tutorials for olives. It has 600+ makeup products and 700+ social media tutorials that feature olive-toned foundations.

so far, benefit's hoola bronzer seems ideal for medium + warm, olive tones
Need your help!
My motivation for doing all this is to create a personalized makeup recommendation engine β an engine that identifies products that go well with a specific foundation or skintone. To build the engine, I need data β data on what you like and donβt like wearing. For example, if 100 of you wear Foundation A with Blush Z then we can be reasonably confident that Blush Z (and itβs color) goes really well with Foundation A.
To contribute to the library and recommendation engine, I'd love the following help:
So, as the title states i am looking for makeup tutorials for an absolute beginner who has barely even learned what some different things in the makeup world are. So one big problem i am facing is money, i am a college student very much unable to spend more than 10-20 bucks on this and that is my main issue. Having looked around i did get myself a smaller makeup set that i impulse bought, no idea if it is any good but whatever... The Set
So having explained my situation, i am looking for a super hyper ultra basic makeup tutorial and maybe advice for things i should focus on at first. I know literally nothing, i am a little sapling...
literally it looks so good every episode!!
The OliveMUA subreddit and I built a library of makeup products and tutorials for those of us with olive undertones. I expanded on this library by creating another one focused on fair to light skin tones broadly. Sharing both here in case it's helpful :)
Email sign-in: the libraries will ask for an email sign-in (this is to help you keep track of any products or looks you save) but those emails are made anonymous. It turns into something like "determined-kick-614@anonymous.appuser.io."

Open to any suggestions or feedback on how to improve, and of course would love your help in growing the library!
