It’s pretty frustrating that there appears to be NO local media coverage of this, considering the above linked article is from the 14th. I’d like to see local media coverage and not have to read about this in The Daily Mail, which is sensationalist at best.
Even if he somehow was kept in the dark about a pedophile operating a sex trafficking ring in his own house, Wexner “did nothing to tackle 'an entrenched culture of misogyny, bullying and harassment, as well as ties to Jeffrey Epstein and other egregious mismanagement,'” according to the suit.
Yet he’s still lionized in this city. Half the damn buildings on OSU campus are named after him. This is gross.
Thought it was interesting that Les Wexner recently purchased Greg Norman’s HUGE estate down in Jupiter, FL. Perhaps the new HQ for the ring??
Les Wexner sells 3 million shares of L Brands stock as he plans to leave board
Leslie Wexner has taken another step to unwind his connection to the retailer he founded in 1963.
Wexner sold 3.05 million shares of L Brands, according to a regulatory filing. The shares were sold this week by entities controlled by Wexner and his wife, Abigail, for $58.31 apiece, or a total of $177.8 million.
The sale follows last week's announcement that the Wexners will not stand for re-election to the company's board at this spring's annual meeting. Wexner stepped down as chairman and CEO a year ago of the company that operates Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works after reports of his connections to convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein and a toxic culture of misogyny at Victoria's Secret.
Before last week's announcement, regulatory filings showed the Wexners and entities own 15.9% of L Brands shares.
After the sale, they'll still control more than 10% of L Brands stock.

(Bloomberg) -- Les Wexner is leaving the board of L Brands Inc., bringing an end to a long -- and recently troubled -- relationship with a company he built into a retail empire.
Wexner, 83, and his wife, Abigail, won’t stand for re-election at the annual shareholder meeting in May, the company said Thursday. Wexner had already relinquished his chairman seat last year at L Brands, the owner of Victoria’s Secret, though he had maintained a chairman emeritus role. The decision caps a nearly six-decade run for Wexner, whose once-sprawling company is now being dismantled. Victoria’s Secret, which has struggled with changing consumer tastes and controversy amid the #metoo movement, is being split off in the coming months, leaving only the Bath & Body Works chain.
“I am more confident than ever that we have very positive momentum as we approach the planned separation into two businesses,” he said in a statement. “Now is an ideal time for Abigail’s and my transition from the board.”
Wexner himself has come under scrutiny in recent years over his ties to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Wexner, who remains L Brands’ largest shareholder with a stake of about 16%, according to Bloomberg data, stepped down as chief executive officer last year.
L Brands shares rose less than 1% at 10:51 a.m. in New York. The stock has gained 64% this year through Wednesday.
Retail Empire
Wexner started the company in 1963 with a single store specializing in women’s apparel called the Limited. The business grew over the years, launching the Express chain and acquiring Lane Bryant before Wexner bought Victoria’s Secret for $1 million in 1982. Three years later, he acquired Henri Bendel and Lerner Stores, which would later become New York & Company, and added Abercrombie & Fitch later that decade.
In the late 1980s, as his fortune grew, Wexner put his roots in the small Ohio town of New Albany and started to transform it into his suburban oasis. His sprawling 60,000-square-foot villa is its centerpiece, about a 20-minute drive away from L Brands headquarters in Columbus. Wexner now has a net worth of $9.3 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

With the massive increase in subscribers over the last few days, I’ve seen some posts from people who can’t seem to come to grips with the scale and wealth of the Epstein network. For their benefit, I would like to explore one key facet of the network: Mr. Les Wexner.
There’s a lot to Mr. Wexner but I will focus only on what is readily and easily provable.
First, Mr. Wexner is currently worth 4 billion dollars, and until this May, was the CEO and Chairman of L Brands, which owns brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works.
I don’t know how Mr. Wexner and Mr. Epstein met, but I do know that Mr. Wexner entrusted him with a bizzare amount of power.
Before we start with this, Epstein’s early resume was:
- dropping out of college
- leaving a teaching position at a prep school
- five years at Bear Sterns, which he was forced to leave in 1981,
- then working at his own firm, IAG, until 1987, when
- he joined Towers Financial Corporation until 1989, four years before the company would be exposed to be a Ponzi scheme, which lost its investors over 750 million dollars in today’s money.
Wexner and Epstein met in 1986, when Epstein was still self-employed. They start working together, and develop a personal relationship. Ohio General Inspector David Strutz called Epstein Wexner’s “boyfriend.”
In 1991, Wexner gives Epstein power of attorney. The document can be read here.
This document allowed Epstein, among other things, to lend himself money using Wexner’s asserts as collateral, incur any expenses desired on Wexner’s behalf, and transferred all of Wexner’s estate to Epstein.
Now we have to ask ourselves: why the hell would Wexner sign that document?
And as an aside, of course, Epstein used his position with the owner of Victoria’s Secret to abuse women.

Wexner was Epstein's most prominent client—and bought Epstein his Upper East Side mansion for next to nothing. Wexner took multiple trips to the "Private Island" over years. Epstein also was close with another "lingerie model/salesman" who was found guilty of exactly what Epstein was doing with Wexner.

According to wiki Les Wexner, CEO of L Brands, so Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works(plus more), had been closely acquainted with Epstein in the 80s through mid 2007.
