The next Azur Lane event will be βKhorovod of Dawn's Rimeβ β A Khorovod is an East Slavic circle dance, if youβre wondering. This is the 2nd Soviet Themed event, and it brings 6 new ships. Letβs look at who they are!
Sovetskaya Belorussiya (Soviet Belarus) was the 3rd battleship of the Sovetsky Soyuz-class to begin construction, in 1939, but like all of her sisters, she was never completed. AL already has the 2nd sister, Sovetskaya Rossiya (Soviet Russia), but the lead ship only appeared in the story sequences so far.

Kirov, named after old bolshevik and friend of Stalin, Sergei Kirov, whose assassination in 1934 was used to start the Great Purge. Designed with Italian help, she was the lead ship of her cruiser class, the first βbigβ ships built in the USSR. Commissioned in 1938, fought the nazis in the Baltic, survived the war and was retrofitted in 1953. Her gun turrets are still on display in St. Petersburg!

Tallinn, launched by Germany in 1939 as the Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruiser βLΓΌtzowβ, then sold to the USSR who couldnβt finish her before being invaded. Despite being incomplete, she fought in the defence of Leningrad under the name βPetropavlovskβ and later βTallinnβ.
Unfinished (but armed) LΓΌtzow in 1940
Gremyashchy (Thunderous), one of the many Gnevny-class destroyers built by the USSR with Italian help in the 1930βs. Probably why they looked so good! She spent the war escorting convoys to Murmansk, where she took part in the sinking of Z24 and Z25, but also failed to protect HMS Edinburgh. Surv

Now to my understanding this takes place sometime after the first Northen Parliament event, "Northern Overture". (Quick side note, I didn't get to finish the Northen Overture event, so I had to learn the ending of it from others)
First, I loved the way that the Northern Parliament is portrayed in these events. Even going back to "Northern Overture", it seemed the Northern Parliament wasn't quite...forthcoming. This event has really nailed home the part that, just as the Commander in game, we know that they aren't telling us everything. So it creates an air of unease.
However, I still believe them as allies. Plus looking at it from the Northen Parliament standpoint, I wouldn't be so forthcoming with information either. The Northern Parliament has for the most part, been fighting the sirens alone for numerous years. Yet, Azur lane or no one came to help before hand? It has been said they have been allies, yet when they go quiet no one comes to help?
So yeah, I'd have trust issues too. Either way, trust them or not, The Northern Parliament is an ally that Azur lane will benefit from.
I'd love to have your guys take on the event and the Northern Parliament. ^-^
#Khorovod of Dawn's Rime (EN / JP) Event Calculator and Reference
Event Calculator Index and Google Drive folder for bookmarking purposes. Often easier than looking for a reddit post.
What is this? This is an oil efficiency calculator for Azur Lane limited-time events. It helps you compare stages with different oil costs and different token rewards, so you can get the most tokens out of your limited supply of oil. Minimize your oil costs on each stage so that your fleet can clear everything reliably (preferably on auto) without sortieing more ships than you need to. Record those fleet oil costs in the calculator at the bottom of the [Calculator] tab, and the spreadsheet will output useful information about how often you will need to grind each stage to clear the event shop.
The document also contains most of the map data and rewards lists, so you can reference the best places to farm without swapping between sites/tabs constantly, a checklist for the event-limited ships, and analysis outputs to help you plan your time and assess how well you're keeping up with the daily grind.
Please be aware that the calculator does not account for one-time rewards like first-time clear missions. After you receive those tokens, they will be included naturally in your "Tokens currently in possession" cell, so I would recommend redeeming those rewards early so that the long-term analysis cells are more accurate.
How to use: Make a personal copy of the appropriate spreadsheet by right-clicking the LOCKED (padlock icon) version of the calculator spreadsheet you want from the tabs at the bottom (PC) or top (mobile), then "Duplicate". Or save a carbon copy of the entire file to your Google Drive (File > Make a copy...). If you're logged into your Google account, you can rename your personal tab by double clicking it, and lock it through that same right-click menu.
Spreadsheet cells outlined in red require your input, for example the amount of oil your clearing/boss node fleets cost, or how many of each token shop item remain unpurchased in the shop. For the daily normal mode clear bonus column, enter "0" for each map you DO NOT clear daily, and the

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
It really does, I swear!
Because she wanted to see the task manager.
Heard they've been doing some shady business.
BamBOO!
Theyβre on standbi
Pilot on me!!
Christopher Walken
Nothing, he was gladiator.
but then I remembered it was ground this morning.
Edit: Thank you guys for the awards, they're much nicer than the cardboard sleeve I've been using and reassures me my jokes aren't stale
Edit 2: I have already been made aware that Men In Black 3 has told a version of this joke before. If the joke is not new to you, please enjoy any of the single origin puns in the comments
Or would that be too forward thinking?
Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
What did 0 say to 8 ?
" Nice Belt "
So What did 3 say to 8 ?
" Hey, you two stop making out "
When I got home, they were still there.
I won't be doing that today!
