A list of puns related to "James Hurtle Fisher"
I think this can be a deep value play. They provide marine and specialist engineering services worldwide. The company operates through four segments: Marine Support, Specialist Technical, Offshore Oil, and Tankships. Their ship to ship transfer has been struggling, and their Nuclear decommissioning business has been lagging behind due to the pandemic. They have accumulated quite a bit of debt: 274m, more than the market cap of 201. However they have plenty of contracts signed, business should get back to usual soon, their high-voltage engineering services is going well: I think they have the cash flow to meet their short term liabilities. They are trading below book value, at p/s of 0.4 and, if we go back to business as usual, they would be trading on a p/e of 5ish. The shares plummeted 80% from their high in 2019, the market basically thinks this thing might go to 0 soon. The ceo disagrees, and recently bought 110% more shares. Could be an interesting play! What you guys think?
Edit 29/12: I opened a small position: 4%. Some info I dug up: To face the challenges ahead and because the chairman was about to retire, in May they appointed Angus Cockburn as non-executive chairman. He seem to be an interesting guy: he was part of the "blues brothers" who fixed Serco a few years ago (https://www.imd.org/news/testimonials/how-the-blues-brothers-fixed-serco/). After that 2 new non-executive directors have been appointed. They also changed CFO. So, they heavily renovated the board. They got Β£130m of revolving credit facilities renewed for three-year term, providing access to facilities of Β£287.5m in total and Β£247.5m through at least 2024. They are doing a full portfolio review, by cutting out inefficient businesses and focusing on their "attractive niches". To this end they sold their "Paladin dive support vessel" for $17.3m, and a "materials testing business" for Β£5.7m. The board agrees that things should get better business-wise in the second half of this year.

"It is I who will reach the surface of the moon first!" proclaimed the kilogram of steel. "Steel is heavier than both feathers and James Webb Space Telescope, and therefore I will fall the fastest of us all."
"But without air resistance, all objects fall at the same speed," protested the kilogram of feathers. "We will all hit at the same time."
"Incorrect," the kilogram of steel replied. "The more mass you have, the stronger the force of gravity between you and the target object. We accelerate the same towards the moon, but the moon accelerates towards me faster."
"But wouldn't that accelerate the moon towards all three of us then?"
As the feathers and steel continued arguing, the kilogram of James Webb Space Telescope unfurled her sunshield, and rode the solar wind to reach the surface before the other two. The other 6,199 kilograms of James Webb Space Telescope reached Lagrange point L2, and spent the rest of its life taking pictures of ayys.

Attesting to his insane durability and longevity, LeBron hasn't missed a single postseason game in his career! His playoff debut was on April 22, 2006, has never lost in the first round, and only missed the playoffs once since then. That's 13 out of the last 14 years!
Most consecutive playoff games played:
LeBron James: 259
John Stockton: 182
Michael Jordan: 179
Wilt Chamberlain: 160
Among active players, James Harden ranks second at 128, less than half of James' total.
He also tied Derek Fisher with 259 total games played in game 5 and will quite likely pass him in game 6 [as long as he follows C-Webb's keys to the game] (https://i.imgur.com/ZP1XjPQ.png)

All of these characters have been brought together by a mysterious figure to sneak into these high security facilities to steal the most prized objects that are being protected or with other sneaky goals. All of these places are on high alert, as they are all aware that something bad is going to happen. To make things easier, all spies have 3 months prep for each round and all associated allies they normally have to help with weapons, plans, and logistics. They are allowed to scout out the place for intel, but they only get one chance to break in and complete their goal. If they can't do it on their first try, then that is considered a failure. The only catch is that these characters must be the only ones going in. If they want, they can bring in a minimum of only two people from the whole team, but that's the smallest threshold for "teamwork". The more that goes in, the better. Can these spies succeed in humiliating the most fortified locations in the world?
Real Places:
Round 1: They must sneak into Fort Knox and take all gold.
Round 2: They must steal the Declaration of Independence.
Round 3: Kill the President of the United States, while in the White House and avoid detection.
Round 5: Kidnap a prisoner from the ADX Florence Prison.
Round 6: Steal half of the seeds from the Svalbard Vault.
Round 7: Kidnap Kim Jong Un at his Ryongsong Residence.
Fictional Places:
Round 8: They must invade Castle Doom and leave Dr. Doom a present without him noticing.
Round 9: They must get into Dracula's castle (Castelvania) and kill him.
Round 10: Minas Tirith (Lord of the Rings) to kidnap Aragorn by surprise.
Round 11: The Boiling Rock (Avatar: The Last Airbender) and kidnap the warden as well as saving Hakoda and Suki.
Round 12: They must sneak into the Death Star, to destroy it by any means. No one should be killed in the process.
Bonus: All characters fight each other with all their tools and gear on an empty field. Who comes out on top?

Hi, nickname Kai girl 15. Did my first Muay Thai class in September I think. I know it wasnβt august tho. And I have been trying to decide wether or not I want to go back. And every time itβs Monday(the only day I can come because the other day Wednesday is my dads visitation time day). I feel heavily anxious up until the end of school and decide to not go out of anxiety. The class was over 20 people definitely and I think 14 people is a huge crowd for me personally. I think the kids class is smaller but they require 4 days a week and I can only make it one day a week rn. Maybe when my dad loses his job and we can create a different schedule that would allow me to do 4 days a week making sure each parent has fair custody time.
But whenever I think about going back I think βitβs just taking away from my personal time and I barely get any with school and bouncing between householdsβ. I cried a bit today and last night thinking about it. But I asked on divorce Reddit for advice and someone said focus on mental health now thereβs plenty of time to pursue a sport or extracurricular. I tried to build up confidence to go tonight but I just put it off. Iβm always like this. It was hell or the highway if we didnβt find a place and now we did and I donβt wanna go. Same for when I did horse riding class I just stopped bc I felt I was losing personal time. I hate to not go back because my dad said he saw the female trainer and her husband at Walmart and they asked about me. That shattered my heart. I donβt know, should I just go if I don't feel like it or lay off for a bit for my mental health sake. Because Iβm afraid if I go rn I wonβt be able to focus because Iβm worrying about my parents custody schedule and fear of losing personal time. Thatβs what happened the first time I feel I am over worrying about the visitation schedule. Also Iβm thinking about buying shin guards even tho I donβt think you need them until you're further into training. Bc my shins were bruised to death last time and I found a good pair on Mercari.
Edit, After I read this it kinda confuses me. But the reason Iβm in a mental hurtle, got too much on my mind is Iβm worrying about my parents visitation schedule. Iβm trying so hard not to but it always make me really anxious. And I hate to go back rn if I canβt focus due to that and not be able to learn anything. I just feel really down rn.
