The company operates through four segments: Marine Support, Specialist Technical, Offshore Oil, and Tankships. Their ship to ship transfer has been struggling, and their Nuclear decommissioning business has been lagging behind due to the pandemic. They have accumulated quite a bit of debt: 274m, more than the market cap of 201. However they have plenty of contracts signed, business should get back to usual soon, their high-voltage engineering services is going well: I think they have the cash flow to meet their short term liabilities. They are trading below book value, at p/s of 0.4 and, if we go back to business as usual, they would be trading on a p/e of 5ish. The shares plummeted 80% from their high in 2019, the market basically thinks this thing might go to 0 soon. The ceo disagrees, and recently bought 110% more shares. Could be an interesting play! Some info I dug up: To face the challenges ahead and because the chairman was about to retire, in May they appointed Angus Cockburn as non-executive chairman. He seem to be an interesting guy: he was part of the "blues brothers" who fixed Serco a few years ago (https://www.imd.org/news/testimonials/how-the-blues-brothers-fixed-serco/). After that 2 new non-executive directors have been appointed. They also changed CFO. So, they heavily renovated the board. They got £130m of revolving credit facilities renewed for three-year term, providing access to facilities of £287.5m in total and £247.5m through at least 2024. They are doing a full portfolio review, by cutting out inefficient businesses and focusing on their "attractive niches". To this end they sold their "Paladin dive support vessel" for $17.3m, and a "materials testing business" for £5.7m. The board agrees that things should get better business-wise in the second half of this year.

All of these characters have been brought together by a mysterious figure to sneak into these high security facilities to steal the most prized objects that are being protected or with other sneaky goals. All of these places are on high alert, as they are all aware that something bad is going to happen. To make things easier, all spies have 3 months prep for each round and all associated allies they normally have to help with weapons, plans, and logistics. They are allowed to scout out the place for intel, but they only get one chance to break in and complete their goal. If they can't do it on their first try, then that is considered a failure. The only catch is that these characters must be the only ones going in. If they want, they can bring in a minimum of only two people from the whole team, but that's the smallest threshold for "teamwork". The more that goes in, the better. Hi, nickname Kai girl 15. Did my first Muay Thai class in September I think. I know it wasn’t august tho. And I have been trying to decide wether or not I want to go back. And every time it’s Monday(the only day I can come because the other day Wednesday is my dads visitation time day). I feel heavily anxious up until the end of school and decide to not go out of anxiety. The class was over 20 people definitely and I think 14 people is a huge crowd for me personally. I think the kids class is smaller but they require 4 days a week and I can only make it one day a week rn. Maybe when my dad loses his job and we can create a different schedule that would allow me to do 4 days a week making sure each parent has fair custody time.
But whenever I think about going back I think “it’s just taking away from my personal time and I barely get any with school and bouncing between households”. I cried a bit today and last night thinking about it. But I asked on divorce Reddit for advice and someone said focus on mental health now there’s plenty of time to pursue a sport or extracurricular. I tried to build up confidence to go tonight but I just put it off. I’m always like this. It was hell or the highway if we didn’t find a place and now we did and I don’t wanna go. Same for when I did horse riding class I just stopped bc I felt I was losing personal time. I hate to not go back because my dad said he saw the female trainer and her husband at Walmart and they asked about me. That shattered my heart. I don’t know, should I just go if I don't feel like it or lay off for a bit for my mental health sake. Because I’m afraid if I go rn I won’t be able to focus because I’m worrying about my parents custody schedule and fear of losing personal time. That’s what happened the first time I feel I am over worrying about the visitation schedule. Also I’m thinking about buying shin guards even tho I don’t think you need them until you're further into training. Bc my shins were bruised to death last time and I found a good pair on Mercari.
Edit, After I read this it kinda confuses me. But the reason I’m in a mental hurtle, got too much on my mind is I’m worrying about my parents visitation schedule.
