A list of puns related to "Isda Master Agreement"
if you havent seen this video amcbiggums and randall cornett put out on ftds, sham resets, shame closes, isda flex options, overstock lawsuit. which explains how they keep kicking the can on not covering ftds.
Be it books, (reputable) YouTube videos or online courses?
Could someone help me understand why ISDA agreement is such a big deal
I have seen some of my friends working for a smaller funds dealing with swaps. But, when I read news articles I read like it's a very exclusive club.
Please thoughts on this.
Do you have customer sign or e-sign your MSA? Or is it implicit and you provide a link to it on your website and/or in the terms of a proposal?
Helllo,
I'm a non-EU with a master in physics and 2ys of work experience. I was given a scholarship to come to France and start a master M1 in computer science. Of course I'm super grateful for it :-)
I have been recieving a lot of internship offers to start in march, or even in january. I'm OK with that, I like working in private companies and classes are so light that there is pleeenty of free time. I could go only once to give the exams, and spend the rest of my days in the internship.
But formally, in this master M1, we are supposed to be taking courses from January to April (they dont check for assistance or anything), so Master Coordinators appear only willing to sign an internship contract that says I work only once a week.
Should I keep looking for internships that accept this conditions? i.e. that "trust me" I'll work from home 4 days a week? That petition makes me look as if I were pretty crazy honestly.
In particular I was offered an intensive 6 months internship to start asap in another city, so I thought about leaving the master and just work there. But this is not possible, as I can't ask program coordinators to sign what is obviously my leaving of the program.
Should I sit down with the coordinator and have a honest talk about how I want to get my engines going full time, and of course mention that I should stop collecting my scholarship from then onwards?
Should I avoid that probably-unproductive conversation and just keep rolling the dice until I get offered a full time job that sponsors my work visa? Is this realistic?
Please note that advising "waiting for the next cycle" and/or "taking things slow" is unacceptable. I come from a pretty wrecked country, my family relies on me producing money relatively soon, and I have bothered them enough already with this project of integrating into a 1rst world economy :-)
Thanks ;-) ^.^
Hi there-
I live in LA County, and had a sub-tenant that I signed a sublease agreement with at the end of July for a 4-month sub-tenancy. Early on, she broke a couple building rules from the master lease, and put me in a position of us both facing eviction.
This is a person that knows how to work the system and legally threatened me every other day versus just working stuff out via conversation. She is very litigious, inconsiderate of any lease/building rules, petty, vindictive person, and I believe this is not the first time she's been in this situation.
So I've been trying to make sure that I do everything by book seeing as sub-tenants basically have the exact same rights as regular lease-tenants.
She did not pay any of November, so I started with a letter in writing (on her door, and mailing the 7th), the next day she had official movers here (she must've closed on the house), but left trails of random things just to show that she was still here (food, bathroom items, random junk).
Once I noticed that she was still coming in late at night and the middle of the night (to basically troll)- she'd shower, turn on all the lights, unlock/prop the door open, and leave the water running- I decided (so I had it on record) to serve the formal 3-day cure or quit notice. She still came every day to leave her mark, shower, troll, but that night took majority of the other things- minus some rotting groceries and some herbs in dixie cups that she had on her windowsill.
I believe she is gone- but this girl has time and plays games. She got all of my notices (though she left them all taped to her door), I emailed and mailed, so they were received. Though no keys, clicker, or response was received.
So now that its been a full 15-days after non-payment/belief of abandonment- do I still have to serve the belief of abandonment? The sublease agreement was until the 31st. I can wait until the 1st to fill, but I don't think I can wait any longer. And would like to change the locks as soon as I am able!
Additionally, do I have to serve her a letter re: the deposit separately?
