Paediatric Physiotherapist/Early Interventionist/Child Psychologist

Hello I’m looking for a paediatric physio who specialises in rehabilitating kids who have suffered birth related injuries. Also any contact of an early interventionist and child psychologist who can do an assessment for my boy would be a lot of help.

I live in HSR and anything close by would be great.

A little context: My boy was born in 2018 with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy Stage 3. This stripped him of the ability to suck or swallow or any pain sensation. Cerebral Palsy was the best case outcome. However he has regained most of his abilities. He can walk, talk, eat, run, can recite the english alphabets forward and reverse. He is very social and loves animals. He though doesn’t put his feet properly and can’t squat. Due to the pandemic he was struck at home and we now wanted to resume his therapy

Any pointers would be highly appreciated!!

Is Sylvia the interventionist the same Sylvia that was featured in an episode in one of the first seasons as an alcoholic?

I was watching Tiffany's episode. The graphic designer mother that lost custody of three children after she started abusing pain pills and eventually heroin. In the episode she was now living with her new husband, mom and fourth child. I noticed Sylvia was her interventionist. I remember in like the first or second season there was a woman named Sylvia that was an alcoholic and always cried for her babies. She was supposed to drive her mom and aunt to a baseball game. She tricked them into going outside and got totally drunk on wine.

Math Interventionist?

I recently posted about resigning from from my position as a middle school math teacher. I am looking at new positions in education and a colleague recommended math intervention. I am not very familiar with math interventionists, so I have a few questions. For reference, I teach in Oregon.

  1. What kind of experience or education is required? From what I’ve seen it is similar to classroom teacher requirements but I’m not sure what’s preferred.

  2. Most positions I’ve seen are at the elementary level. Are there many opportunities for secondary?

  3. How does the workload compare to classroom teaching?

  4. If you are a math interventionist, what do you like more or less about it compared to other education jobs?

Thank you for your time!

Reading interventionists - can you tell me about your specific role and responsibilities at your school?

I am a first year intervention teacher at a charter school. It would mean so much to me to hear from others who are in the same position because I want to know what it looks like in other places, especially public schools. The funding for my position is covid funding so it won’t be forever, and I’ll eventually be moving on to a different school. I’m debating on starting my Master’s to become a reading specialist or get a reading endorsement, but first I want to know more about what this role can look like in different places. Thank you in advance!!

The US should go back to being a non interventionist, semi isolationist power.

There’s simply no satisfying the world. No matter what the US does, everyone hates us. For years and years I’ve seen comments talking about what a “horrible war mongering imperialistic country” the US is and how we should stop intervening. And now that the US has withdrawn from Afghanistan, people are bitching and moaning about that too, after all the times they complained about said war there. It’s fucking infuriating. Nobody can make up their minds of what they want from our country. We’re either a “horrible war mongering country” or we’re a bunch of “selfish cowards” when we end the wars the rest of the world complains about. Afghanistan has always been a shit hole. There has literally never been a point where that country has been stable. And unfortunately it seems it was always be in turmoil. The best solution is for the US to completely withdraw all troops it has overseas (and when I say all, I mean every single last one of them) and fix the problems we have here. Our country has both the money and the resources for universal healthcare, tuition free college and literally everything else other first world countries have. Since the world will hate us no matter what, it’s best if we just leave them alone. Let China or Russia play superpower from now on.

What to look for in a radiological interventionist?

As topic states, are there any questions I should be asking as I consider and locate a provider? Technologies to avoid? Agents to avoid? What radiation mitigation procedures should I know about to make sure they're not sterilizing me with too much time under fluoroscopy? My insurance situation more or less leaves me to do all the legwork of finding the providers I want to use. They don't really keep lists of providers beyond very generalized wings of medicine.

Are there red flags I should consider?

It’s time to rethink China’s non-interventionist policy

Many of you here are aware of China’s long-standing non-interventionist policy. It was formed in the 1950s by then-prime minister Zhou Enlai, and has been a guidepost of China’s foreign policy ever since.

There’s no doubt that this policy has been beneficial to China in dealing with affairs with third world countries. China’s investments in Africa and BRI are in part based on the promise of non-interference of the recipient countries’ politics.

However, as China’s involvement in foreign countries deepens, I cannot help wonder whether this non-interference policy can safeguard China’s overseas interests. In some cases, not handling this issue well can also threaten China’s domestic interests.

There is a concept in the field of international relations: sphere of influence.

Many of you remember last year’s conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia. It was resolved through a reconciliation by Russia. Why did not America step in? Because it is well known that Azerbaijan and Armenia belong to the sphere of influence of Russia.

Of course, if there is anything happening in Latin America or much of the Middle East, Russia will not intervene either — because these are America’s “sphere of influence”.

And now you wonder, as the world’s second-biggest economy and one of the two superpowers, where is China’s sphere of influence?

The answer is, there is none. China does not really have a sphere of influence.

For a long time the west thought North Korea was China’s sphere of influence. After all, hundreds of thousands of Chinese soldiers died in the Korean War to prevent North Korea from total annihilation from the earth. China certainly should want to maintain influence in that country. Doesn’t it?

Nope. After Chinese troops retreated, China was not bothered to keep any sort of power there. Till now, certainly there is economic leverage, but regarding the inner working of North Korea’s politics, China has minimum control. And they are not behaving. In fact, Nort Korea’s reckless nuclear tests have caused great trouble for China diplomatically (needless to say its security impact on China). When Trump met Kim Jong-un in 2018, there were even signs that they wanted to play cards between China and the US.

The west also thought Southeast Asian should be China’s sphere of influence. China had multiple military victories in Vietnam, having kept the northern Vietnam afloat — together tens of thousands of Chinese died. Vietnam is also “socialist”. But now, they have

Who’s your favorite interventionist?

I’m torn between Candy & Jeff. They both seem genuinely invested in the families and call out the bullshit—but they do it in a way that doesn’t feel so… routine? Some of the other interventionists come off as if they’ve just copied & pasted their “script” (for lack of a better word). It’s a little too robotic.

Jeff, and Candy in particular, aren’t afraid to get emotional. I’m pretty sure one family told Candy they loved her as the addict was heading to rehab and she said love you too. That was sweet. I feel like they’re easy to connect with. I will say there’s probably some bias because Candy and Jeff get a lot of screen time lol.

To the interventionist. I deleted the video if this is you tripping. Lol.

I make my intentions pretty dang clear and I only intend to reduce harm and exploitation and have never would I spread info I knew could cause harm. As you probably understand everything is social engineering including teaching. And I would never teach anyone or publicize anything that would jeopardize the economy and thus what I presume is our common interest.

I only uploaded the video to share within a very small group who are well aware of how to be discreet. If we were not discreet it would be dang obvious.

The video was posted as unlisted. It's gone now. It was probably irresponsible to upload it but you have to kinda understand I'm operating in the dark and that was something I didn't understand and needed a few others to help analyze.

We have no intention of spreading any malicious exploits especially. Think daoism... I reference it a lot and know that there are certain things that need to be concentrated because if it were dispersed it would neutralize its own impact anyway but worse would just cause more noise as people attempt the exploit leading to a race to the bottom.

If you review anything I've publicized it's always been building toward more stability not more abuse.

For as much as you may know about me you would know I personally always encourage light touch I e. Mind the map you are drawing and the tiniest bumps toward this or that way suggest what is to come etc versus brute force.

Today's crash corresponded with some abuse I admit I went a bit too far with yesterday and I apologize for that I just didn't know what it meant and wanted to know the extremes.

Once I figured out the extremes I stopped. I didn't even sell after driving the price up, I just wanted to see how dangerous the exploit was.

If today's price action is fud because "someone" is afraid "someone" is opening pandoras box it was unnecessary.

The reduction of harm would not be served by publicizing abusive exploits. The parties involved clearly know of the exploits and no one intends to change the rules, like in my original post before I went public "wouldn't this game be more fun if everyone knew the rules?"

I was figuring out how that aspect of the "game" worked and to what extent it worked.

To all others. If you haven't notice the economy is a game. Pac man controls the ghosts and the ghosts are all the bots that control all aspects of cyberspace.

We are living in a simulation, from the bots that pretend to be human and steer public opinion by manipulating v

Family interventionist - Alcohol abuse

Hi there

A family member of mine (age 40+) is an alcoholic. And year on year, his struggles increase. Recently, he’s been going on tirades verbally attacking different family members and blaming them for different historic events.

We are currently in flux - confused - and not sure how to move forward.

Does anyone have recommendations of a family interventionist who we can speak with so they can help us chart a path forward for him and for the family?

Thank you!

Don't worry to the interventionist. I'm going to be discreet just as n have been. I think you know I've been working a distraction angle for your sake and will continue to do so.

I presume you are on our side and will continue to since it's in my nature to give the benefit of the doubt. The mechanics of the puzzle seem to filter out those who don't which is brilliant. So all will stay the same. But the overall mechanics of the system is beyond any one entity, group and anything can be done one way or another. So don't worry. This weekend is just another step with an ulterior motive. And as you suspect in to you in particularly I'm smoke screening the hell out of you gamer. Game game game. How many times do you think they'll take before people actually try it? Lol

To everyone else. Don't just presume everyone is bad because they fit into some pidgeon hole in your mind. The pidgeon may just be a muddy dove. Everything you do online is being done by bots. You are living in a simulation from chatter bots controlling the discussion manipulating votes abusing the report button etc. It's not like you literally write your order on paper when you conduct an exchange. You pass the order to a bot with a hive mind and it doesn't work for you.... But it can.

It's not like anything you write doesn't pass through a layer of bots with cascading effects before it even appears as text.

Pay attention to the processing per digit. And don't presume anything. Everything is a tool if to know how to use it. Take no metric you don't create yourself for granted.

Back to the interventionist I was first talking to before I came public (but still never leaked any info) this is just a game and wouldn't it be more fun if we all knew the rules? I don't know the answer to this question.

You've helped me personally before which I found was odd. So yea I'm sure you know who I am. Did I help one of you in the past? I hoping it's the positive karma that have you faith enough in me to be discreet and irresponsible because I am shocked by how much trust you've given me and I will not let you down...

If I am doing anything that is getting in the way of a bigger picture good please. Just indicate in a way that isn't via bots. I tend not to take bots seriously.

And btw. If you look through my records Im an empty slate because I've always been. That doesn't mean I have infinite money so if I move money it's because I need it.

You are probably very confused by how I handle my finances... I am too lol... I don't know jack about stocks so I keep things. Very simple and spend more time than I think I should baby sitting stocks whose missions seem genuine. I just do wh

Benevolent Interventionists Waged a War to Make Me a Signatory.. and Proceeded to Eliminate Me Entirely?

I don't really understand how the awoken empires are supposed to work. Our Fallen Empire woke up before crisis time because we were all getting too strong which made sense, but they decided to wage war on me to make me a signatory while we were all in a Federation even though they never previously made any demands for me to become a signatory. The weird part is that maybe because my empire is Xenophobic the game automatically set the war goal to the Total War and I couldn't choose humifaction war, making it so I couldn't surrender and all our territory got melted. Because of the Total War part, there was no occupation only immediate transfer of ownership of systems.

We decided to roll back the world to before they woke up to avoid the same catastrophe, and looking into what they didn't like, I banned purges and then left the Federation in case they declare war again so it isn't as messy. The Fallen decided to wait an extra several years before waking up and then proceeded to not wage immediate war. The plan was that if they declared war on me again, everyone else would request signatory so that the Fallen wouldn't declare war on them too but they didn't declare war on me.

And then they randomly decided to declare a Signatory war on me about a decade later where to test how it actually worked, we maxed the game speed and I just let them take all my territory to see what would happen and my empire was fully destroyed because they took all my territory.

I don't really understand how being completely wiped out makes you a signatory of them? That's not how being a signatory works.
