Things are heating up and it is showing that IRR's are vulnerable to such practices as IP number resources deplete. NANOG's latest digest shows that many network operators are concerned about this.

I'd like to set up a private registry - download whatever images I want manually (on a separate system attached to the Internet) and copy them into the private registry (as well as build my own images) - and then use docker clients with no access to the Internet to use the images from my private repository.
