I've had guttatae psoriasis since I was in elementary school but am now in my late 20s. Been dealing with severe fatigue since I was 19 but still no diagnosis. I had my ANA tested (negative) when I first got sick but CRP only last year. My doctor says she is mystified by my bloodwork. She says the creatine she thinks is from dehydration but wants to repeat it. This is the third time I'm getting my CRP tested in a short amount of time because she wants to repeat it to be sure. My main and major symptom is fatigue. I have really unscheduled sleep habits and daytime sleepiness. I tried to do a polysomnograph but it didn't work because of my ld. Needed to keep a sleep diary but am not good at tracking things and measuring time. The few hours they did get was normal though. They said next time I could do it on my schedule (sleeping at daytime) but I never followed up. I recently noticed I have heat intolerance and trembling when trying to do something like hold something. I read that's a sign of MS but I'm on wellbutrin which can also cause shaking so idk. I don't have any pain except in my ankles and needs sometimes when walking. Dr. wanted to test for a urinary tract infection but I don't feel any of the symptoms and have never had one. After the first raised CRP test I asked if my obesity caused it but she said she talked to a rhem colleague and he said it's more than would be expected due to obesity alone. I got a brain MRI when I was 19 and they said my brain was developing normally but it's been a while so I guess I'll bring up getting one again. The thought of having MS is scary but I'd really like answers to what has been going on, even if they're shitty. It's so frustrating. I'm going to be 27 this yr and I just want to know what is causing this crushing fatigue. Does anyone have any ideas about what my bloodwork could suggest? I've been thinking some kind of inflammatory myopathy but I'm not a doctor. The other idea is psa because I've had psoriasis for so long now.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
