Players should have a say in all of this sure, but they shouldnβt have a final vote in order to uphold competitive integrity and fan interest. The current format is like voting to end the forward pass in the NFL because we donβt have Tom Brady throwing the ball or voting to extend the round time in SnD to 4 minutes because players want more time to setup. Neither have everyoneβs interests, including the fansβ interests, in mind.
Imagine a board of coaches, former players, analysts etc that help determine GAs - having both the players and fans in mind. Players can raise issues to the board and work with them on a compromise. I think this would be the most fair way to help the league thrive where developers fall short.
The GA system is necessary. Letβs push to make it a better system for everyone. I think that starts with more structure.

We post a lot on this sub about the relationship between hyperinsulinemia > high T, leading to hair loss and other symptoms. This study looks at high insulin causing hair loss independent of high androgens.
It's an interesting take. Many have posted on this sub that we have been able to fully regrow our hair after lowering insulin levels with diet and sometimes with diet & IF, sometimes with supplements or metformin layered in. https://www.reddit.com/r/PCOS/comments/du062x/hair_losslow_carb_screenshots
It is so odd how few doctors seem to be aware of this info, the study is from 2015. There are mainstream articles citing it. "Women who suffer from insulin resistance are prone to alopecia, or female pattern baldness. Women who lose more than the typical amount of hair per day, estimated at about 250 strands, should be checked for insulin resistance as this may be the root cause." This blog post is a great read on hyperinsulinemia and PCOS Tuit Nutrition: The PCOS Post: Hormonal Havoc From Hyperinsulinemia
This symptom was one of the worst for me. I only wish I had known to try lowering sugar and starches sooner. Cutting sugar also made my hair and skin much less oily and my pores got smaller. It took about 6 months of consistent really LC, like keto level, for me to see a lot of regrowth, hair cycles are long, so it may take a while. Thanks to all here who posted stories of success and encouragement. This sub has been an amazing source of info. For me, I could not tolerate spiro and minox made my scalp more inflamed and I lost more hair. Then the doc was out of ideas. Wish he would have suggested this approach, maybe he just did not know. I love having a place where we can share info. Good luck everyone!
This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 78%. (I'm a bot)
> The Hong Kong pro-democracy media outlet Stand News has said it will shut down after police raided its offices earlier in the day and arrested senior staff on suspicion of "Conspiracy to publish seditious publications".
> Earlier, hundreds of Hong Kong national security police raided the offices of the media outlet and arrested six people, including senior staff, in the latest crackdown on independent press in the territory.
> The Hong Kong Journalists' Association expressed deep concern on the arrest of directors and senior staff of Stand News.
> Benedict Rogers, the co-founder and CEO of the non-governmental organisation Hong Kong Watch, said the arrests are "Nothing short of an all-out assault on the freedom of the press in Hong Kong".Taiwan's ruling party accused Beijing of destroying Hong Kong's democracy and freedom.
> Stand News, which launched in 2014, was the only Hong Kong media outlet to work with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists to produce reports on the Pandora Papers in October 2021, a trove of 12m leaked documents revealing the hidden wealth and tax structures of some of world's richest and most powerful people.
> "With Stand News, one can clearly see that the Hong Kong executive's goal is to get rid of all media that doesn't support the official narrative in order to bring Hong Kong down to the level of repression and censorship that is equivalent to mainland China," he said.
