I've not seen a discussion about this, so i guess it was that crap LOL. It looked poorly done, the host using inbetweener puns that just didn't make sense. Will's mum sitting at the back.it was just a disgrace.
hey guys, I just started using opentoonz and got really excited about the inbetween feature. I do my animation all by hand so imagine my surprise when I learned Opentoonz does all the grunt work for you.
I still do my key frames, pass positon, and extremes by hand, usually in gimp, but when import and go to do the inbetweens there's no prompt for it.
so my question is do I have to trace the frames over again in opentoonz? And if so, is it a raster level, or vector level? And why (not so much empathsis on the why part. I'm just curious about the mechanics) thanks
Hi guys! What I mean is this: creating an interim frame that morphs the image to retain the solidity of a character for very quick movement (rather than just teleport parts of the character from one point to another).
Is it something that is normally done in AE or digital animation (I've seen it for stopmotion and analog, but seem to recall Lego movies doing it as well)? Can it be automated or does it have to be drawn manually? Is there a standard term for it?
TL;DR: I need a tutorial on how to do smooth animations beyond easing in and out.
Hi, maybe the title is not the best, but I'm looking for a tutorial on how to make smooth animations, I know about easy in and out but I want to take my animations to the next level and do really smooth animations. (I user after effects)
I think for that I might need a more theoric tutorial(?) cause I'm not sure if its a technical or theoric lacking on my behalf, maybe a little bit of both. I'm pretty sure I need to know a bit more about keyframing and the theory behind animation. If anyone has a great tutorial or website I would greatly appreaciate it.

I want choppy transitions and no inbetweening. How can I achieve that? I had this idea to use layer sequencing but that's just too cumbersome. There must be a more lenient way right?

Why must Americans take British shows and ruin them?
I am a youth basketball coach, a college basketball player, I have classes every day in person and nothing in my life has changed from Stage 1 restrictions. Although stage 1 is supposed to basically be a ‘lockdown’ and our strictest measures, somehow I’m still seeing up to 100 different people everyday.
I’m conservative but It seems painfully obvious that Kenny is trying to please both sides as best as possible, because the best course of action to stop the wave and get out of lockdown as quick as possible is a FULL lockdown. Yes, it’s painful for everyone and bad for our mental and physical health but half assing a lockdown with a varient that is 2.5x more contagious is not going to solve anything. We’re going to be stuck in this half lockdown limbo for the next 3 months compared to a circuit breaker lockdown for 4 weeks.
In November, when it was extremely apparent that the 2nd wave was in full force, Kenny held off from locking down for God knows why. My grandpa caught covid in the last week of things being open, and 3 weeks later died in the ICU from Covid. He was completely active and healthy as well. Not only is doing a circuit breaker lockdown going to get us into reopening faster, it is also going to save lives. It’s hard for families who haven’t been affected by covid to deal with the restrictions, and understand them, but don’t wait for a death of a loved one before you take it serious.
I also understand that businesses are shutting down and going broke, so I can see why people have the view of just staying open, but if you had the decision between your business losing money or your father dying, it’s an easy choice. When it’s not your father or grandpa or mother, then of course you just want to stay open but try to have some compassion even if you don’t personally know anyone passing away.
My main point is that these Stage 1 restrictions are trying to tip toe between ‘taking covid and the safety of Albertans seriously’ and ‘keeping our small businesses alive and keeping the anti maskers happy’. I think he’s either got to completely open up, or completely shutdown. This is the problem with politicians always trying to win votes instead of doing what’s best for the province. I wish there was someway we could make a change.. but that’s another topic.
Anyone else having this issue with sensitivity?
(Something I thought of when thinking about how TF's voice would sound when he has to raise his voice for one reason on another.)
TF's voice is relatively quiet, but loud enough so people can hear him and understand what he's saying. It's common for him to speak in a rather low voice.
However, it's merely a choice to speak like this. When he's somehow stressed or really pissed off, he could easily raise his voice and that'd be one hell of a sign to beware! He's kinda hot when angry though... hehe. ;) too bad it's impossible to make him snap intentionally.
So I was walking all alone because my dog was dead, then a magical arrow hit me and I saw a really buff and bipedal version of my dog like he was really really ripped. I freaked out and went to a weird priest and he said I had a stand and that if I joined I would go to heaven, I left the church because they had no snacks. I named mine ThotSlayer2000

He remembered me and I remembered him, so we did the most mature thing possible. We got ready to duel, his stand vs mine. He began by demanding stuff in which I just ignored and made a slime gun and shot the Karens leg. The priest told me only his stand could do that. Then an italian guy stormed in and realized there was 4 people in the area and stormed out. A cowboy pulled out his gun and just shot something and magically missed. Anyways, I fired a few rounds. I got bored quickly and barraged him blow after blow. He had a good fight but he realized my stand was better. So he accused me of cheating and cried some more. So I kicked him in the balls (he was 16 during this time period) and he cried some more. He did the most unforgivable thing afterwards. He farted... ON MY BALLS. I was scarred for life and I lost all dignity. However luckily, my stand was having none of that... And literally popped his balls like a water balloon in a hydraulic press (we know the pressure would make it pop, right?) Blood was everywhere and in a rage he attempted to do the same but my stand was physically stronger. I then barraged him some more then he had it, he attempted to use his stand to kick me. So I pulled a Jotaro by using my stand to split his stand in half. He died
The end (should I make a third and who will be my new enemy?)
