Rochester NY (Greece suburb)
Been a very wet season, and its been growing like crazy. Its behind the fence, and while I have a gate, it's pretty hard to get anywhere past it. Its been encroaching in my yard for a few weeks now.
My property line goes about a few feet past the fence, so I cant necessarily clear it all the way out. Behind that is some abandoned rail tracks, who Im not 100% sure who owns it.
For the past while, Ive been mowing it down every week, and pulling up anything that grows inside the fence, but Id love a more permanent solution. Thanks!

My house currently has 3/4 plywood as subfloors over 24" spaced "I-joists". I plan on replacing certain sections of the subfloor due to past damage, but the manual for the bamboo flooring calls for 1 1/8" subfloor. Which means I would have to replace all of my subfloor. I've never heard of using such thick subfloor. Is this necessary?

- Used as a daily driver for approx. 9months until my M60-A arrived - sitting on shelf since then
- DZ60, USB-C, 60% layout with 2unit Left shift + Split backspace + Arrow keys
- Hefty and shiny brass plate
- Built with GMK Stabs, 65g Zealios Version1, Round 11, Lubed with Krytox from Daily Clack
- Has LED Holtites installed but they aren't soldered in, they don't fall out no matter how you shake, but can be removed with tweezers, on it are bright orange LEDs which are also easily removable.
- Has a layer of foam beneath the PCB just because I wanted it to be perfect

- Bought before realising that i recieved a bad batch of cream switches with different sized pins?
- Some fit, some didnt
- Didnt want to ruin the switches by crimping the pins etc so I just forge-ed the hotswap idea

So, I've been driving past Bamboo House ever since '03 when my sister first started attending UVA, and we'd come to Charlottesville. 16 years later, my interest is still piqued, as with all of the crazy changes in this world, the Bamboo House has never looked any different. I've heard reviews on both ends of the spectrum. My coworkers say to avoid it like the plague, but all of the reviews online in the past year and a half are raving about it.
Has anyone been? Is it worth the trip? Should I pack Pepto?
