I was rewatching Dr. No and I'm a little confused as to why she's popular (outside of her wearing a bikini, of course) and considered among the Top 10 leading ladies of the franchise. She's pretty one-dimensional as I can hardly name at least three character traits. Not to mention that she does little to nothing other than get kidnapped and then saved by Bond in the third act.
What do you guys think?

He pointed at the fourth group that was pantomiming playing musical instruments. "Those six have formed a band and are touring dive bars on Mars."
Dreams sighed and petted Mr. Rings, who was busy peeling apart a puzzle treat by twisting the shell three times until it clicked and removing the third shell layer.
"Has this ever happened before?" she asked.
Speaks nodded. "A few times. Very few. Diamond Dan the Man, ruler of The Ice Bound Fjords on Terra, when he was impeached, gave a speech that ended with 'so long, suckers!' right before he used a jetpack to fly off through the stained glass ceiling and escape in a hovercraft flying a banner that read "U SUK!"."

I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
With the year coming to an end, it's a good time to look forward and see what NA brings to players in 2022. The sub has been lucky enough to have a player contribute for the previous two years, who's sadly left the game due to the gacha system, but I wish to continue their work and share with everyone with the bundles of blessings we will get next year. You can see their previous write-ups if you're interested - Preview for 2021| Preview for 2020.
Following their format, I'll be trying to break down what happens on a monthly basis. As always, this is a rough idea of what NA will get based on what has happened on JP in 2020, and is not meant to be the definitive guide to what will happen exactly. No one knows the exact release dates for events, campaigns, etc except DW, but content-wise, we can mostly expect the same. NA has been lucky this year, getting previously commemorative events in real life being rebranded so players can have their chances of getting their desired servants, like the KYOMAF banner being rebranded into the "Back to School" campaign.
Otherwise, it's best to assume that won't always be the case, and a lot of other commemorative events and/or campaigns on JP may not make it to NA. Dates also tend to shift around especially around mid-year since NA celebrates its anniversary in end-June/early-July while JP celebrates theirs roughly a month later, so there's bound to be changes. I'm almost certain I will be making edits to the post as well, so do share any mistakes I may have made. The point of this post is to be informative in a general manner while letting players get a glimpse of what they can experience in the coming year.
With that said, it's going to be a long read, and I hope it will be beneficial to you as much as it is for me. Miller Marcus Milsbury grabbed his rucksack and threw it onto the conveyor belt in front of him. The pack of luggage and essentials rolled down the belt, joining the dozens of other bags at the spaceport checkpoint. He watched as the sack full of all his survival essentials trundled across the machine and rolled through the scanner. He then put on a different item, using much more care than before.
Gently, he set on a large, black case, meticulously labeled with “fragile” stickers. The word was spelled out in several of the most well known and spoken languages in the Shil’vati empire, but with English and Shil’ being the largest and most prevalent. Sweat began to bead his brow as he watched it progress down, his hands trembling. The Shil’ guard manning the security checkpoint grabbed the case off the conveyor, and began inspecting it with a discerning eye.

“Personal items, mostly. Nothing special.” He said as confidently as he could. The Shil’ guard raised her eyebrow, looking over the item.
“Then you won’t mind if I open it, right?” She said more as a statement than a question. Miller felt unease form in his stomach.
“Actually, I would very much mind that.” He said matter-of-factly to her. The Shil’ guard rolled her eyes.
"Sir, this is a routine inspection for your safety and the safety of others." she droned out in a monotone voice.
“I just don’t want you rummaging through my stuff.” He said with a huff. The Shil’ guard glared at him.
"Sir. I assure you I am a trained professional. Nothing untoward will be happening with your boxers, and I'll even be wearing gloves." She stated irritatedly, holding up a loose pair of blue nitrile gloves.
Miller shook his head no.“Well I just don’t like it, do you have to do it?” He asked.
A strong hand with long nails clasped down onto his shoulder firmly, gripping it. Miller turned and looked up behind him, craning his neck to see up.
And there she was.
Tall, imposing, towering over him and casting a shadow. Even among Shil, she was large. Broader, taller, and more muscular. Anyone could recognize her military bearing, and the service jacket she wore over her plainclothes showed off her marine battalion’s name proudly.
