A list of puns related to "Ginkgo Biloba"
I just wanted to share my long haul story with everyone here. Iβve had long haul symptoms for the past 18 months: typical flu like symptoms, feverish feeling, warm, chills, muscle pain, fatigue, brain fog. I got the vaccine 7 months ago and it made my symptoms worse, I started getting dizziness and vertigo symptoms almost everyday.
I read that ginkgo biloba could potentially help vertigo symptoms so I decided to try it out. Well Iβve been taking ginkgo daily for a week and a half and havenβt experienced any covid symptoms at all. No dizziness no Flu like symptoms, nothing. I havenβt felt this great in months, ive pretty much been experiencing symptoms daily since I got vaccinated.
Iβve tried ivermectin as well and it helped a lot. Donβt know if Iβm just at the tail end of this covid long haul thing and starting to finally recover, or if ginkgo really does help.
Anyone else tried it?
I bought pills from Sprouts, and I had a pill 3 hours ago. I don't feel anything yet.
Heard some bad news about Ginkgo: https://www.poison.org/articles/ginkgo-biloba-risks-benefits-181
After I took some pills, it really felt that the blood is pumping. I'm afraid it can damage my body. But the reason I took Ginkgo is that I want to improve my brain health so I can focus and learn better.
Then I found Ashwaganda on the internet, it seems like a good supplement. What do you think of which one is the best for healthy people to boost brain performance?
Does it have to do something with poor blood circulation that I have and that is maybe the reason for my brainfog?
What are your experiences with Gingo Biloba? And what form did you take? I just got some for Christmas and Iβm eating it in a powder form in my yogurt hehe
I've been taking 3 x 120mg a day and have just noticed my mistake while taking the last one in the bottle.
The impact has become apparent by 4th day or something. It has not fixed the fog but it has had a significantly positive impact on irritability and migraines. I feel calmer, more tolerant, but alarmingly less empathetic.
Have you tried Ginkgo Biloba as a supplement for asthma? How did it go?
Some people are having success with ginkgo biloba and I was wondering if anyone had tried it here and had a bad experience with it?
I have been air layering the gingko shown here for close to 6 months. There are roots - maybe 6 of them, maybe 5-6 inches long . I wish there were more. It has frosted and we are at the season's end here. I figure we will get our first real freeze in the next 20-30 days - or next week. We probable wont get a hard freeze (20f or below) here before mid December or maybe January.
So, what should I do? I have a huge fear of losing my Air Layering by doing the wrong thing.
Should I cut the top off and pot it, or try to carry the tree through the winter. If I try to carry it through, I can move it to a protected porch and maybe wrap the root ball. I could also move it to my garage.
What advice would you give?
Thanks in advance.

I haven't found anything similar to this situation online, and I'm not here to spread false information that these supplements do not work together with Vyvanse, this is just my personal experience.
I no longer felt any difference from Vyvanse one day, mentally and physically. My heart rate doesn't get elevated, my mental clarity is not how it was, my eyes stopped getting dilated (imgur), I can no longer put my head down at work and get work done like a machine.
------
Other variables:
Going through a very bad cold right now, congestion, coughing up nasty phlegm
------
How I dosed:
-Vyanse 50mg at 9am
-Maca root 100mg & Ginkgo Biloba 120mg at 1pm
------
I've since stopped taking the maca root and ginkgo biloba since 4 days ago, which makes me suspect that there's a high chance it wasn't the problem. Nothing in my diet has changed.

Are there any side effects that someone who is starting to take ginkgo biloba should be aware of?
I've been taking ginkgo biloba inconsistently for some 2 weeks now. I started with 120mg a day (2 pills in the morning) to 300mg a day (2 pills in the morning and 3 before sleeping). I've noticed that I'm overall in a very meditative and calm state all the time and I can get into a deep trance or meditation rather easily. My anxiety went away almost entirely and I was able to half my dosage of mirtazapin and I even stopped taking zoloft/sertralin and olanzapin, as my anxiety literally got way more manageable. It also has a very interesting effect on my dreams, they're now full of symbolisms (white aligator, blue bull, golden bear, white wolf...) and overall I dream way more. I haven't been taking any other nootropics when I started with this. I think that pairing ginkgo with theanine has potential. What's your experience with ginkgo?
Have you ever tried Ginkgo Biloba for sct? Did it affect your sct symptoms?
Hi - I have BP2. From Feb - Sep. I experienced what could possibly be a hypomanic episode. I attributed my change in personality to a mountain of self work Iβd been doing for years, but given that Iβve descended into a depressive episode in the last month β not so sure. Iβm not sure bc Iβve only had one instance of mania about a decade ago that was triggered by an AD mix. Since then, Iβve been pretty stable (despite stopping use of Lamictal for 2 years), although not totally happy with myself β these last few months have been the most happy and confident Iβve been in my life.
The only thing Iβve found that may have potentially triggered it is my use of a panax ginseng/ginkgo biloba supplement.
Has anyone experienced hypomania from this supplement blend before?
Iβd only been taking it for about a month, and my change was quite gradual. And to be hypomanic for so long from a supplement seems crazy.
Iβm honestly clinging to hope that my personality actually changed but my depression was just triggered by stress. Doesnβt seem logical but Iβve set a lot social, financial, and professional expectations around this new personality β reverting to me pre-episode will be hell.
Any anecdotes would be welcomed. Thanks!
I am on a budget and want a OTC acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, and I heard that those are the only valid ones to use. Huperzine has also positive effects on the GABA-ergic System and apparently the dopamine system.
Ginkgo being significantly cheaper per pill.
What would you choose? What are your experience?
