Thinking about an apartment on Avenue Georges Clemenceau
Hello / Bonjour! My wife and I are moving to Montpellier from just outside Toronto and we've been looking at renting an apartment on Avenue Georges Clemenceau (just SW of Parc Clemenceau). I've heard mixed reviews about that part of town, so I was wondering if anyone in the group knows that area well and if they have any thoughts re: safety, amenities, etc. The apartment itself has everything we need and we like the proximity to the city centre and the train station, so we're hoping the neighbourhood isn't too bad. Any thoughts are appreciated - thank you!
