A list of puns related to "Galehaut"
Fafnir dives towards the ground landing at the bottom of the mountain where Galehaut slept. He roared a challenge to the creature, demanding it faces him once more. Each time he fought Galehaut he lost, whether it be due to interference or inexperience, Fafnir kept on trying. Fafnir remembers the first battle long ago when Galehaut slaughtered most of his kind before Godzilla stopped him. This time he would win and overcome the dragon slayer.
Galehaut burst from the mountain ready to fight and was instantly met with Fafnir slamming his tail into the side of his face. Galehaut creates a small electrical pulse to try and stun Fafnir but to no avail, Fafnir had learned and adapted to Galehaut's tricks. Fafnir responded by sinking his teeth into Galehaut and flying straight up before dropping him, shattering some of the creature's electrical spines.
Galehaut manages to smack Fafnir with his tail and throw him off balance, using this opportunity to charge the dragon and pin him. Galehaut opens his mouth to fire an electrical blast and end the dragon, but Fafnir responds by firing his golden bile out and into his mouth stopping him. Galehaut begins to tire as his wounds are too great and with no help this time he tries to surrender to the dragon. Fafnir responds by roaring and blinding Galuehaut in his right eye before flying away.
Galehaut returns to his slumber to heal, now fearing Fafnir and what could happen if they ever fought again.
Irl Note: This is the end of my Galehaut versus Fafnir mini-arc. I will now be starting another mini-arc which shall be called The Hand of Atlas.
Galehaut in the legends is a very tall knight in the Arthurian legend who is said to be half-giant. Galehaut is an ally of King Arthur as well as an inseparable friend of Arthur's champion Lancelot.
Note: (This is my one non-myth titan)
-----------------------------------------------------
Monarch Designation: Galehaut
Classification: Titanus Galehaut
Nicknames: The Bringer of Lightning, The Forgotten Knight
Nature: Bio-Electrical
Body Height: 346 ft
Length: 395 ft (head-tail)
Behaviour: Protector
Range: Scotland
-----------------------------------
Throughout history information is lost, myths and legends fade into memory and some flat out erased. I believe that this is what happened to this titan, found in Scotland this creature gets its name from Galehaut who was one of King Arthur's former enemies who later became an ally. This titan was discovered after it had awoken and had quickly started rampaging through the area. At first, the creature managed to hide its' appearance using the storm it had created but soon enough we realized that the titan actually looks like a Suchominus. The titan's rampage was quickly stopped by the arrival of Godzilla, who Gawain quickly bowed to and stopped his rampage
Galehaut's body is covered in white scales, on its' back are a row of folding spikes same goes for the side of its' forearms. He is able to launch a beam of pure electricity out of his mouth, however, unlike Titanus Ghidorah who can seemingly generate electricity for its' attacks, T.Galehaut can not generate enough to fully power his beam. Instead, The creature uses his back spikes like lightning rods to fully power his blast. T.Galehaut can still use this attack without charging it to full but the beam will be much weaker. Another thing to note is that the creature can charge its' teeth and claws with electricity to harm foes.
The most interesting part about Titanus Galehaut is that the creature's body shows scratches that match the claws of Godzilla. This leads me to believe that Titanus Galehaut once tried to combat Godzilla for the title of King and got defeated, and since then he has been an ally to the king of the monsters. Titanus Galehaut was last seen along the coast of Scotland almost as if he is waiting for something.
How would Galehaut or Dinadan be in Fate as servants?
If you don't know who Galehaut is, here the summary:
Galehaut, A.K.A the Lord of the Distant Isles, is a half-giant whom challenge King Arthur for possession of his entire realm. Though unknown to Arthur and his court, Galehaut has already conquered lands and acquired considerable power, loyal followers, and a reputation for being a noble character and a good king, yet, refuse to be crowned. In the ensuing war, it becomes clear that Galehaut's army is going to WIN against Arthur's. However, Galehaut is so awed by the battlefield performance of one of Arthur's knights, namely, Lancelot, that he renounces a certain victory and surrenders to Arthur. He and Lancelot later became best buds.
Now, here's the thing. What if Galehaut never surrender, but instead, keep fighting and won? What would happened?
Sorry for any spelling and grammar mistakes I make, English is not my first language.
Since finding songs is such a popular question and Red famously doesn't list the songs she uses I might as well ask here.
It plays when Galehaut walks in at 3:55 in the Arthur's Knights video
So, I was watching some videos about the various knights that served under King Arthur (there are a lot) and I saw mention of a knight by the name of Galehaut, a towering man whose mother was a giantess and who conquered large portions of King Arthur's land (30 kingdoms, apparently).
I did some research and I know would really like to see him as a Servant. Not necessarily because I want to see him fight, but because he seems like a character that could provide some interesting development for Lancelot and Arturia.
Galehaut was known as the Lord of the Distant Isles, but also as the Uncrowned King because, despite becoming a ruler in his own right through his conquest, he refused to be called king until he defeated King Arthur and took hold of his throne. He, unlike Fate's interpretation of the character, was very popular among his people, an incredible leader who got a huge following. This aspect along would be interesting to explore, as he proved himself to be a real contender for the title of King of Britain, a threat to Arturia's rule, and also had the ability to connect with the people in a way that Arturia in Fate just couldn't. This is made even more interesting by the fact that she never actually beat him.
You see, Galehaut surrendered because, as the battle raged, he found himself in awe of Lancelot, Arthur's ardent defender, and gave up so that he may become Lancelot's companion. Some people argue that Galehaut was interested in Lancelot in a romantic sense, and paint him as a rival for Lancelot's affections making the love triangle of Arthur-Guinevere-Lancelot also a love triangle between Guinevere-Lancelot-Galehaut. (This in and of itself is just waiting to be exploited in Fate, I mean come on!) He also, in a sign of bro-ness, helped get Lancelot and Guinevere together...which of course ultimately led to the fall of Camelot. Oops?
Later Lancelot would be buried next to Galehaut as a sign of their eternal companionship, showing that their connection is just that deep.
The possible character interactions between he, Lancelot and Arturia seem like they would be extremely interesting. Even ignoring the possible yaoi bait, Galehaut having been instrumental in the affair that would bring about the fall of Camelot is huge, and his friendship with Lancelot makes me wonder if he would hate Arturia for the emotional anguish she put his friend through. Furthermore, how would Arturia feel about him? I can see her thinking of him as a better king, one
... keep reading on reddit β‘For me I want either 2 or 3* Assasin or Assasin-like Saber Dinadan as a general chaos causer. For context, Dinadan is a knight who is neither a lover or a fighter. Thinks Courtly love is weird, doesn't like fighting and prefers playing pranks on people instead. Maybe he could be an assasin-like Saber as a sneaky knight who uses underhanded tactics to win or an assasin who likes to utilize traps and such to gain advantages in a fight. Dinadan is also weak to female servants and Astolfo. More on that later.
Feirefiz as a 3 or 4* Saber. Context is that he is Percival's half brother and serves the fictional queen of Zazamag and uses Jeweled armor and weapons. He can match and almost beat Percival in a straight fight until Percival broke his weapon and fainted. Luckily for old Percy, Feirefiz is honorable to a fault and decides to call off the duel. He also helped his brother find the grail in one of the earlier versions of the stories.
Galehaut as a 4 or 5* berseker or Saber. Context time. He is known as the uncrowded king who conquered a lot of land and was aiming to take over Arthur's land even before taking a look at Lancelot and falling in love at which point he surrendered. Dude was half giant and even almost beat Arthur so as a servant he would be one of the more powerful servants thus him being either 4 or 5*.
Maybe they could also have an update along with his release where they release summer Lancelot or something but he constantly dresses as a girl in reference to when he punished Dinadan for being a dick to his friend. They could also make him a very convincing girl with the only way we know he's actually Lancelot and not someone with the same name is that his lines are voiced by the same voice actor for Saberlot.
Edit: Surprised nobody is talking about Trapcelot. Also everyone wants either Kay, Bors or Percival
I would have a daughter
The funeral director was asking us what we think Mum should wear in her casket.
Mum always loved to wear sarongs (fabric wraps that go around the torso and drape downward a bit like a long skirt would), so my uncle suggested that she wear a sarong in there.
The funeral director looked a bit confused, as did some of our family members, to which my uncle added:
"What's sarong with that?"
I started laughing like an idiot. He was proud of it too. The funeral director was rather shocked. We assured her, and our more proper relatives, that Mum would've absolutely loved the joke (which is very true).
His delivery was perfect. I'll never forget the risk he took. We sometimes recall the moment as a way help cushion the blows of the grieving process.
--Edit-- I appreciate the condolences. I'm doing well and the worst is behind me and my family. But thanks :)
--Edit-- Massive thanks for all the awards and kind words. And the puns! Love 'em.
But Bill kept the Windows
True story; it even happened last night. My 5-year-old son walks up behind me and out of the blue says, "hey."
I turn to him and say, "yeah, kiddo? What's up?"
He responds, "it's dead grass."
I'm really confused and trying to figure out what's wrong and what he wants from me. "What? There's dead grass? What's wrong with that?"
.
.
.
He says, totally straight-faced, "hay is dead grass," and runs off.
And then you will all be sorry.
No it doesn't.
Now itβs syncing.
He replied, "Well, stop going to those places then!"
I will find you. You have my Word.
She said how do you know he was headed to work?
βthank you for your cervix.β

He's doing better currently.
And conducting himself properly.
Me: Can we change the subject?
My wife: Okay. More chores around the house need to be done by you.
