I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

En bekendt har skrevet et Facebook-opslag om en underlig og lidt creepy oplevelse som hun og hendes mand har haft. Da jeg selv synes det er spændende at gruble over et godt mysterium, vil jeg også lige give jer muligheden for det:

Da hun kom hjem i aftes, opdagede hun en pose der hang ved deres dør. Posen indeholdt forskelligt tøj, sko, en bageform(?), en billet til "Party Show 2019" (det årlige lokale halbal i den by hvor de bor) og et kryptisk brev, der lyder som følger:

Det kunne jo lyde som om at hun og hendes mand har gjort sig uvenner med nogen, men de aner ikke hvem det skulle være. Så vidt de ved, har de ingen fjender, de har ikke haft nogen opgør med nogen, de har ikke haft kontakt med politiet og de genkender ikke bageformen eller noget af tøjet.

På hendes Facebook-opslag antyder hendes venner, at det må være en dårlig spøg, eller en pose der er blevet afleveret tilfældigt eller til de forkerte, og som ikke har noget med dem at gøre. Dén har jeg bare svært ved at tro på, da de bor langt ude på Lars Tyndskids mark, i en landejendom med en lang privatvej. Her kommer man altså ikke "tilfældigvis" forbi, eller går til det forkerte hus, for der er langt til næste nabo. Det må være en bevidst handling, specifikt til dem. Ydermere, er det blevet gjort imens de ikke var hjemme - ellers havde de opdaget at nogen kom forbi.

Noget andet der gør, at det næsten ikke kan være tilfældigt - og som måske er det varmeste spor - er en to år gammel billet til "Party Show". Både hun og hendes mand er ofte kommet til Party Show - også i 2019 - og hun har ofte hjulpet til som medarrangør. Det blev aflyst i 2020 pga. Corona (måske det, som brevet refererer til?), og blev afholdt igen for få uger siden, hvor de også deltog. Så timingen er måske heller ikke tilfældig.

De er dog ikke blevet uvenner med nogen til festen, og de kan ikke komme i tanker om hvorfor nogen skulle være sure på dem. Men det er sgu underligt med den billet, og jeg fik nærmest et sug i maven da jeg så den.

Normalt ville der enten stå navn eller nummer på billetten, men det stykke er selvfølg

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
