A list of puns related to "Farewell Animal"
Animal Jam was a huge part of my life from 2010-2018 and I still played off and on until 2020. However, when the attack on Animal Jamโs data happened I was locked out of my account, and unfortunately since I am 20 now, I do not feel like asking my mother to reset the password (LOL). Iโve been keeping up with the game but Iโve decided that I wanted to officially close the chapter, and thought that sharing it on this subreddit so I can talk with people around my age who have felt like quitting or have quit, and to write one last love letter to this game.
Animal Jam made a huge impact on my life. I was involved in so many aspects of the community from trading to roleplaying and the YouTube community. This game taught me so much about the online world and allowed me to meet people I never would have been able to meet otherwise.
Animal Jam helped me become more accepting of others, introduced me to so many different fandoms, and was my safe space when I was sad for so many years. Itโs unfortunate to have to leave Animal Jam, but I know that fate made this happen last year. Iโm no longer in contact with my friends from Animal Jam, and honestly Iโve grown past wanting to reconnect with them. Which in turn has made me less inclined to come back to the game.
But no matter how much time passes, I will always remember how much I enjoyed walking around Jamaa, trading in Aldan and spamming falling phantoms to get the newest Epic Wonders item. Goodbye Animal Jam, Jam On!
My service dog of over 10 years was laid to rest. She brought such joy to me and my family. We went everywhere together. From flying across America for my job, to hanging out at the dentist office for a routine cleaning.
Everywhere that little dog went, she made friends. She was a natural ambassador to the epilepsy community. I met a lot of kind people who were genuinely curious about her role. I can't even begin to tell you how many times strangers would pull me aside just to talk about her and her role as a service animal for epilepsy.
I miss seeing her entire body wiggle when she would shake her tail. She always had such a positive playful energy that naturally overflowed to the people she was around. I can't begin to tell you how popular she was. Without fail, the room would be energized and people would naturally smile when she entered.
She was also certified as a therapy dog through Pet Partners. I can't begin to tell you how many times people would walk into my office just to vent their problems to my dog. Everyone felt safe around her, she was a natural therapist.
I miss her dearly. There will never be another dog like her. Rest in peace my sweet girl.

Ever since I was little, Animal Crossing was a huge part of my family's life. Me, my sister, my older sister & even my mother all played the game. We would all discover new things in the game & share those things with each other, we'd talk about our favorite & least favorite villagers in the town (we had votes to kick villagers out of the town if none of us liked them) Animal Crossing had brought my entire family together, it was one of my favorite game series as a child.
When New Leaf had came out in 2012, me & my younger sister got the game. We both played it together, once again sharing whatever it is we discovered in the game with each other. We visited each other's towns often, traded furniture, fruits, even villagers sometimes.
Then it happened.... my younger sister quit playing, my 2 friends I had met through Pokemon X had stopped playing... I was all alone in Animal Crossing. Back then, I didn't have Reddit, or Twitter, or League of Legends, all I had was World of Warcraft, & my 3DS.
I had stopped playing Animal Crossing for nearly 2 years. I picked the game up like a month or two ago & I noticed I was incredibly sad with the game. I thought "Oh, it's because I've done everything. I should restart my town!" someone from the Discord helped me with transferring items, & I wiped my town... that night, so much guilt came over me. I made myself sick to the point where I threw up, I couldn't believe what I had done to my years worth of effort on this game. The next day, I realized why I was so sad. It wasn't my town or anything... I was sad all my family & friends quit the game, it reminded me as to why I stopped playing in the first place. I can't ever get my old town back, I've lost all motivation, & it saddens me how a game series that meant so much to me has been destroyed for me.
After nearly 10 years of playing Animal Crossing, I must bid farewell to this series. It just makes me kinda sad to play now since... everyone & everything is gone. I will never forget the good times I had with the GameCube Animal Crossing, City Folk & New Leaf with my family & friends. Animal Crossing will always hold a very special place in my heart with Banjo-Kazooie & Spyro the Dragon. Thank you Animal Crossing for an amazing childhood.
