Executive Residence Puns

Has anybody ever attended any of the Executive in Residence sessions/talks? I'm interested in entrepreneurship so I was thinking about it and wanted to know if you had a good experience, recommend it or no, etc. I guess there are two coming this week... one is a CEO and one is an entrepreneur. I think they have some chat sessions that I wanted to sign up for.

Has anybody done this? Do I need to prepare anything before I go talk to them? I'm a little nervous lol.

Good afternoon all,

Over the next two weeks, we have the opportunity to interview with candidates for the position of Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life (ED of HRL). The ED of HRL position is the top-level position within the department and oversees the functionality of the entire department. Since September of 2019, this position has been vacant and the impact has been quite noticeable within the department and throughout the residential community.

The Department of Housing and Residence Life is at a critical juncture in its functionality as a service provider to the residential community. As a member of the ED of HRL search committee and as a fellow student, I'm asking for your assistance in what is likely to be one of the most important decisions made for the foreseeable future in regards to HRL. I can't emphasize enough how important it is that the right person is in this role to ensure that many of the issues faced by this year's residential community are ameliorated and future residents can live on a campus that proudly wears the name and reputation of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Does anyone know any of the old executive members of the residence Doyle house at Memorial University or any of the old traditions it had? I am going to be the social chair for the upcoming year there and I was hoping to get in contact with one of them to find out about Doyle's old history and traditions that were lost when doyle went through renovations a few years back because our house no longer has any traditions and me and my fellow future exec members want to bring it back to its former glory.
