Duke Of Chartres Puns

Hello all!

I recently picked up a Platinum 3776 in Chartres Blue with Gold Trim, and still have some money in my budget for a new ink. I really want to find an ink that either matches or complements the colour of the pen. Under a certain light, I find that the pen appears to be slightly purple, so I was thinking of Noodler's Purple Martin as a matching ink.

Is there anyone using this pen that has found a great ink to pair with it? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Platinum 3776 Chartres Blue UEF(B)-This is a great pen, but the UEF is just too fine for my liking. It has some micro scratching from normal use but is other wise in good condition. I don't have the original box but I can put it in an extra box from a pilot that I have-$75 or trade for a 3776 in SF or M

Twsbi Diamond 580AL Emerald Green M(A1)-bought this one and never ended up using it. It is brand new and the box was never even opened as I have 2 other 580s already-$50

Hey everyone, this is the beginning of this project. I've completed the base build and it functions as a wedding venue. The original idea was to have a nightclub in the cathedral, but I decided to make a base building first before beginning the conversion. I'm busy with the nightclub conversion and someone wanted a vampire lair. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

For sale is a 3776 (M nib) in good condition. The plating on the clip got worn a bit in two points (shown in photos in red circle).. In addition, there are micro-scratches and "cap posting marks".

The nib is fantastic. Smooth, with pencil-like feedback and extremely reliable and consistent. Never skips, never hard starts.

I’ve got a double feature today- two Platinum 3776s.

The first is a Chartres Blue with a medium nib. This was used a lot, but is still working very well. The medium nib has moderate flow and a nice amount of feedback. It’s got some scratches on it but was mostly carried in a pen case so nothing too bad. A great writer. $70 OBO !!!SOLD!!!

The second is a Black and Gold with a UEF nib. I thought I’d like how fine it was, but this is truly a needlepoint. My handwriting is too big to really use it other than for drawing. A great choice for an artist. This one was only inked once. $80 !!!SOLD!!! $75+s&h
