A list of puns related to "Duii"
Hello all, this is my first post to Reddit and anyone of considerable knowledge of how obtaining an RRT license is affected by my predicament would be greatly appreciated.
Iβm currently 31 and am trying to go to a respiratory therapy program in Oregon, but it seems once again my dumb mistakes keep haunting me and I might not be able to get licensed even if I complete the program.
Obviously the question of any crimes being committed came up so I answered all the question with complete honesty.
I had 2 DUIIβs within two weeks of each other back in November of 2011. I completed all my civic duties to right the wrong I committed and have been nothing short of a model citizen since then, but Oregon is really strict on these laws so this will never be expunged from my record.
Does anyone have some insight? Does the licensing committee factor in time since the crime? Or even what Iβve done since my bad choices?
Any help is appreciated π
I have surpassed the 12 month diversion program. Got two violations with the interlock. What happens next?
Hey all,
So I just finished up my treatment program for DUII Diversion in Oregon. All said and done I had about 6-7 oral swab tests for the sobriety portion of the program.
Has anyone had instances of ADES/Eval Services calling people in for random UAs/Swabs after treatment is completed? I'd like the peace of mind of being able to go out of state without being called in. From what I can gather that rarely happens but was wondering if anyone has been through that experience in OR
Thanks
