The most recent example I can think of would be Thanos in Endgame, where he discovers that his future self eventually succeeded in destroying half of all life in the universe, but also that those who survived haven't really gotten over it even after five years and are trying to undo the snap. Instead of realizing that maybe depopulating half of the entire universe to save resources wasn't the best idea...he decides that it wasn't enough and figures that the only answer is to destroy the entire universe and replace it with a new one.
Talk about a sunk-cost fallacy.

5 years ago this film was released and still many people wonders what went wrong for this film, the film had the exact scenario on twitter just like the recent disaster 83 where (PAID) Critic reviews were inversely proportional to box office collection & real word-of -mouth of the film , i wanna tell what exactly went wrong with this flick
Adi Chopra wanted to rip off De-Niro 'The Fan' but the biggest mistake he did was putting double-role formula plot in his film, he gone wrong on the paper itself forget about execution...this film was never supposed to be a double-role emotional shit which the makers eventually made it
The BIGGEST drawback of the film was that gaurav role of SRK, full marks to his effort but his performance was not upto the mark in this role, it was similar to many of his 90's performances with good amount of hamming , Masses hated it that's why they rejected it on the other hand his Aryan khanna the Superstar ACT was Truly Outstanding and the most UNDERRATED Act of his career , imo he should have done only one role in this film and leave the FAN role for some young star like Shahid kapoor or Rajkumar Rao , it should have been be the Proper 2-HERO Flick Like Hrithk-Tiger WAR
In the Screenplay of this film FAN should have allowed to go Full ROGUE and Maniac without any redemption and destroy the reputation & Life of Superstar and Then how Superstar with his all Power & money Catches him and defeats him in the end should be the Overall Plot of the film Instead of the melodramatic double-role shit Mr.Chopra created in this crap and destroy the potential of this story
With Someone like Shahid as FAN would have been a BANGER casting !
SRK Vs Shahid would created HUMONGOUS Buzz and with Decent screenplay this Flick would have easily done 300cr+ business on box office or even more
SRK as aryan khanna was Truly phenomenal , i am not a fan of him but this particular performance of him really impressed me a lot , it was so real, layered & subtle performance ,Neutral audience want to see him in this kind of roles not like JHMS, zero, pathan or that Atlee shit he is doing
If he wants to make a real comeback then the subtle layered age-appropriate roles like Aryan khanna are the ones which will bring him his goodwill back unlike pathan or Atlee film

I know that it's meant to be more constant firing and less reloading for the tradeoff of less damage, but honestly I had no problem with the reloading of the double barrel shotgun as long as I kept my distance. Getting into the sweet spot with enemies of "not too close for them too hit you but not far enough away for the shotgun to be useless" was nice, but I feel like it gets a little weird when you need three shots to take down harder enemies instead of two. With the double barrel I could take down two guys or one big guy and reload fairly quickly, but the pump action isn't even guaranteed to kill one guy since it's meant for groups with its wider buckshot range; but I managed to kill/damage multiple enemies before with the standard double barrel shotgun? It's kinda weird cause I'm now at a part of the game where it's giving me the "upgraded" items and the pump action feels more like a downgrade to me.

I would like to change the action executed when double clicking on a window titlebar to a custom one (to interact with some Gnome-shell extension), but I couldn't find the piece of code responsible of that in the Gnome-shell source.
Does anyone knows a way to change what the double click on window titlebar does ?
(The org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences action-double-click-titlebar setting doesn't offer what I want)
