A list of puns related to "Crus Of Penis"
-tacean friends donβt get as much credit as they deserve. First of all, theyβre Arthropods, so their skeletons are on the outside of their bodies. Theyβre basically wearing a full suit of armor at all times! Whereas our skin is soft and easily broken, their skeletons are rough, bony and protect them from harm. They also have two antennas, which means they broadcast their own WiFi signals and donβt have to stay in one place to get good reception! Some of our favorite characters, like Mr. Krabs and Larry the Lobster, are crustaceans. Next time you happen to run into one of these crabtivating animals, make sure to say hi or give a firm clawshake.
Edit: Did I really get silver? Is this a dream? Pinch me.
Edit 2: Gold is cool and so are you, whoever gave it!
Long story short, about 200 graduate teaching assistants at UC Santa Cruz went on strike demanding better wages, and the strike specifically involved withholding student grades.
54 of those students have been fired as a result.
Not trying to make this about Bernie, but he Tweeted about it and the comment is relevant:
>This is disgraceful. All workers deserve the right to bargain and strike for better wages and benefits. To Janet Napolitano and @UCSC: stop this outrageous union busting and negotiate in good faith.
Here's the problem: the union did not and would never authorize this strike. In fact, the collective bargaining agreement between UAW and the UC system prohibits strikes under any conditions.
The union bargained away the right to strike, and did so before most of those grad students were ever teaching there and covered by the union.
I've yet to see any candidate actually get down to the nitty gritty on the issue of unions, but this goes to show how a bunch of surface level sounds-good policies doesn't help solve very complicated issues.
[Disclaimer: This issue hits home to me because I'm an adjunct prof covered by a different national union, and it's likewise utterly ineffective in representing us, but most "strengthen union" policies actually serve to strengthen the union against the employees, not against the employer.]
Hi all. So I followed reddit's kind suggestion about a brainless build and I am gearing towards LoN Bomb. In the mean time I am playing with the thorn set from the haegrid gifts, got to GR75, unlocked t16, conqueror journey to finish etc. So far so good. I have one question regarding thorn crus though. It's the first time I've been playing this build and I immediately noticed there is no area damage, which is fine. The thing that makes me struggle is the fact that when I am overwhelmed with enemies, even at t15, I tend to die. I have not started rolling my gear yet, I am wondering if I'm either missing CDR, I'm playing it wrong, or what. This is my current build: https://eu.diablo3.com/en/profile/Madhatter-2277/hero/120309042 . When I play I tend to focus on the enemy with the highest health while spamming the skills basically (following this build https://www.icy-veins.com/d3/invoker-thorns-crusader-bis-gear-gems-paragon-points ). As far as I understand I need to keep skills 1-2-3 active as much as I can to avoid death while activating 4 when dealing with bigger enemies.
Am I playing with shit gear, or am I shit at playing? Thanks
Then the librarian told me to take it out.
Usng a simple DCF, my analysis showed that CRUS (Cirrus Logic) is undervalued by about 50%.
My assumptions: Discounr rate = 10%, short term growth rate = 10%, long term growth rate = 2%
Their latest FCF is 318, net debt was -189 and I had 66.6 shares outstanding (mil).
Their current price is under $40 and from this analysis, my fair value would be $85.
My question is then, is CRUS truly so undervalued? If not, then why is it priced so low? Are my assumptions way off (even with more conservative assumptions/lower FCF the fair value is still significantly greater than $40)? Did I make a mistake in my calculations or sources of financial details (highly doubt this)?
I think one of the main reasons is due to its heavy reliance on Apple which deters people from buying it. However, with Apple being a long-time customer, the risk isn't huge and at the end of the day, CRUS is still generating the FCF to be worth a fair value of $85.
Is CRUS trading at a significant discount? Is this DCF not applicable to CRUS? Why else would their stock price be so low unless it was inaccurate?
After a few moments of silence, my son replies "That's it?"
He hard on crime! He takes down all those hardened criminals! But he's soft and gentle with civilians.
