Crown Of Queen Mary Puns

Then she can get rid of that red baseball cap, wearing a crown with her fuchsia hair would be so flattering and stylish, she would look like a "SHE"

Who is the designer of this tiara/crown from Season 2 Episode 4? I haven't been able to figure it out. If anyone has an idea (even of where to search to find the answer), please let me know!

I really do not want to see the item stats or damage mitigation nerfed, as for the first time in about 8 seasons immobile champions actually have some counterplay to the most popular champs and variety in their builds!

However, I also don’t want to see it just be a katarina 1v9 bs item.

That’s why I thought of the nerf to have the passive deactivated and put on cooldown by mobility so that these champions not meant to use it don’t get it. However nothing like this is in the game afaik, and I’m wondering if that’s maybe for a reason lol

If you disagree, please elaborate. I don’t understand the game well I just sit under tower and spam q. I want thoughts not “no this is stupid i like yasuo”

EDIT: It has come up often, so to save me some replies - there should be emphasis on the 'if' and 'abused' in the title. I haven't even seen it being used by the champions I am inferring about being op; just going off what I've heard around. i am perfectly fine if these champions get to use the item fairly as well, especially as in combat mages can poke the passive off them way easier than vice-versa. The thing I was trying to avoid with this suggestions was just the item being gutted as a result of a couple silly edge case abuses

So, I just came back from 5 assassin games in a row where the enemy team's Mid, and Non-Tank Support, built these two. It was not fun, as an assassin because no matter how far ahead I am, once they built it, I can't pick them off anymore especially in a teamfight because:

• Surprise is no longer in my advantage and I can't punish a misposition/overextension due to CoTSQ negating 75% of my damage for the first 1.5s
• Zhonyas can be activated immediately after Safeguard expires delaying my damage for another 2.5s
• If it's in a teamfight, the rest of the enemy team is probably collapsing on me.
• Even if both are used, the enemy possibly still has other lifelines coming from his summoners and abilities.

At this point, the best I can do as an assassin; is split push hoping somebody responds to it. But even then, I probably can't kill him since they're either a tank or building this. I feel out of place and useless now since I can't even do my job in the game by eliminating priority targets.

Studying in London supposedly has a massive advantage for international relations students because of events and opportunities the capital provides sin the field. Should i go to a lower ranked uni like queen mary’s or royal holloway ininof london or go to a higher ranked uni like uni of manchester?

I've been trying it in ARAM and it seems . . . way worse than I was expecting, but that may be because of the nature of ARAM. It gets popped SO easily by Ludens procs that hit minions and bounced to you, and it has such a high cooldown that it will never come back

I've tried it on Neeko and Morgana who I thought it would be great on, but my results were meh

Is it just bad in ARAM where it's super clustered? Or am I using it wrong?
