Explanation: Do we judge others because of their negative behaviours, or do we judge because we simply do not understand? It is usually easy to see anotherโs physical ailments, but mental, emotional and spiritual scars are invisible to the eye, which can allow judgments to easily fill the void where compassion and understanding should reign. Bear this in mind the next time you are tempted to cast judgment on another, regardless of their behaviour.

There is a link to the judgment in the article. The quote is paragraph 90. Paragraph 10 is also very interesting because the judge decide not to say 'cis-woman' as it was offensive to the claimant. Skip to paragraph 74 for the substance. Para 83 (while lacking substance) is very interesting "The Claimant largely ignores intersex conditions".
Not fishing for upvotes here. This is interesting and I'm surprised it is not mentioned already. Some might find this refreshing reading.
