The Summer Corrin Ive Had since 2018
So for unknown reasons the game decided to delete Summer Corrin from my Hero Catalog completely, reverting her slot back into a question mark at the bottom of the screen, despite the fact I had owned one since 2018. After a while I tried to re-enlist her back in by using her in battle and replaying her debut paralogue, but none of those two worked, only bringing back her silhouette, but not the full listing. I also noticed she wasn’t accumulating HM and that she was gone from the HM menu as well.
I decided to contact the game’s support to see if there was a fix. I used the in-game inquiry system in the FAQ first on January 5th.
She would be between WNino and Kronya
On January 6th they sent the initial response to the problem, which was just a generic message saying they’ll investigate, followed up on the 8th saying they’ll respond when they have a fix.
3 DAYS LATER and they message me saying they don’t know the problem, and to uninstall and reinstall my game, to which I did and took 30 minutes to do since my internet is slowish. They also told me if the problem wasn’t fixed, to send images to them showing the problem. I of course followed, switching platform to email, and not only sending photos but a short video showing the moment from the game finishing installation to going through the Catalog and HM list with the unit missing.

At this point we have left the in game inquiry system to email, where I am now in contact with a brand new Support person. The first email was January 12th.
5 DAYS LATER on January 17th, they send an email stating the following:

First off, I’d like to make things clear. This is not meant as an attack on you or them. I am leaving my own opinion out of this as well to keep this as unbiased as possible, so you know I come from a place of neutrality in regards to them.
I know that Corrin is a popular character, owing much of that to being the main protagonist of fates. But I wanna hear first hand what people like about the character, and why they are fans of them. The point of this is simply to get a better understanding of the character in my eyes, especially as I have felt I was missing this perspective.
I know some people don't like the trainee status even existing in the game, but it's not something that bothers me personally.
What did bother me was how actual trainees in the main series like Est, Tailtiu, Sophia, and Nino wouldn't get the status but Adrift Corrin onwards and Surtr got it for no reason other than pure powercreep. Every time a new Corrin came out after Adrift I rolled my eyes at their undeserved trainee status, but just today while looking at the Ninja alts' stats I realized that they don't have it anymore. That makes me very happy.
Also I don't really know if this really belongs under "analysis" but I guess it kind of is one?
She feels fairly underwhelming these days - i have her 40+3 with base kit and statline 43/55/44+/35/30, which is perhaps spoiled to call underwhelming, with her Breath granting ASDR+5, but with no followup in her weapon and having DC in A slot, I feel like she could use a different B (or A?) slot to help her combat.
I think her character design is super cool and unique. Out of curiosity, the purpose of this post is to hear why some people think corrin is boring and bland.
She has those partial dragon moves/ animation that sets her clearly apart from other characters, especially other swordies who only use their sword in their moveset.

I love using Corrin, she’s one of my mains and for me is reliable and able to deal massive amounts of damage, but it seems like no one else likes them, why is that?
