Heya ppl, I finally went back on my merciless new game plus file to get the last two trophies for the platinum which is the compendium completion and having the bond skill tree full. Thing is I'm still at Alice's palace and I'm really wondering if those two trophies are possible, from what it looks like I can't have this compendium full without finishing the game again which is something I'm not ready to do in merciless tbh, don't have THIS many PP either, or idk how I can get my Bond skill tree full. I just want this plat as fast as possible without having to finish the game again like this cause I get clapped in merciless, can someone pls help?
title, i have been a few familial debt bonds away from top tier for months now, and simply cannot get any more familial bonds than i already have, what the fuck do i do?
I am an engineer from India who has received an offer from Mu Sigma. I am planning to go for an MBA as soon as I am able to crack any of those entrance exams (CAT,XAT,IIFT etc). But I also want to work and get a bit of experience in consulting. Hence I am thinking about joining MS. But I am a bit sceptical about the bond and the factors I need to consider before actually diving into this. Can anyone give me an idea about how the bond is structured and what roadblocks I may face if intend to leave the firm before the 3 year period? Please guide.
So I'm working on a Half-Elf Arcanist (sort of a "best of both worlds" hybrid for race and class), and I'm grabbing the Arcane Training alternate racial trait.
> Arcane Training: Half-elves occasionally seek tutoring to help them master the magic in their blood. Half-elves with this racial trait have only one favored class, and it must be an arcane spellcasting class. They can use spell trigger and spell completion items for their favored class as if one level higher (or as a 1st-level character if they have no levels in that class). This racial trait replaces the multitalented racial trait.
I'm also looking at using the Bloodline Development exploit to pick up the Vestige Sorcerer bloodline to get access to Arcane Bond.
The intent here is basically to grab that once per day "cast anything in your spellbook even if its not prepared" power for increased flexibility, but... does the bonded item count as a spell trigger/completion item (like a staff or wand would) for the purposes of Arcane Training?
Normally I'd say no, but... Arcane Bond says you count as having the item creation feat associated with the bound item (so if I took a bound item of a staff, I'd count as having Create Staff), meaning I can enchant a bound item staff to make it into an actual staff... which rules say IS a spell trigger item. So seems kind of a grey area to me.
Additionally, the Bound Item says the spell it casts counts normally as a spell cast by the wizard (so that might be a strike against it working with Arcane Training), so that would mean the Potent Magic exploit can come into play.
So is a spell cast through a bound item staff considered a normal spell cast (which qualifies for Potent Magic), a Trigger casting (so qualifies for Arcane Training), both (potential +3 caster level?), or neither?
so i beat the main story and everything i started going back to try to get 100% and i wanted to do the bail bond missions for the trophy and stuff but now i dont have maudes email and the guy isnt at the place hes supposed to be. so can you not do them after you complete the game?

It's a separate question, why would any big investors move their money into bonds when they will still end up losing big chunk of this money due to inflation(which is way higher than the manipulated CPI number of 7% for December. The bonds` yields are much lower than the actual inflation. If I put 1 billion into bonds I expect losing at least 10% of it annually. If anyone knows this answer to his, please let me/us know. Is it something like preferring the lesser evil where if they don't choose bonds they will end up losing even more money?
I have been renting over 5 properties since 2012 and i consider myself a good tenant as i have always been paying rent on time and always got my full bond back despite doing the end of lease cleaning myself personally .
However, at the last property I rented for the past 2 unprecedented years ( Sept'19-Dec 21), the landlord/managing agents have decided to completely keep my bond for fixtures and fittings damages.
However, the damage i believe I have done was only a pot burnt mark that my hommie's boyfried caused on the kitchen benchstone (not any fancy materials /marbles, it was the kind of benchstone from two decades ago ). Whilst the property also comes furnished, i believe there were some fair tear and wear over the past two years. Furthermore, the fitout of the unit seems like an airbnb set up when I first moved in, as it was fully firnished to blankets and pillows and there were also laminated instructions manuals on how to operate the washing machine, kitchen equipments and overall house manuals.
I also used the cleaner they recommended for the end of lease cleaning as It was a furnished property and I wanted to spare the drama and paid 700$, but when the PM informed me over a phone that the landlord have decided that 0$ of my bond will be returned, I asked for an invoice to hopefully be able to reimburse from my previous housemate and he said he will definitely send me the invoices . Then I also sent out a long email expressing to him my unhappiness and disappointment, and he never got back to me ever since....
... ... ...
7 weeks passed and today I followed up regarding the invoices again so i could consider to forward it to fair trading and expresses that I'd appreciate his professionalism and integrity. With a smiley face 🙂
He replied me promptly and told me he got covid and his replacement PM should have had followed it up with me, and apologised for that. And then, he thank me for actually following up because the landlord has advised an out of pocket of in excess of $4000+ to replace damaged fixtures and fittings, and he would indeed advise me once he has further instructions from landlord on how they would like to proceed regarding recouping the shortfall of funds of the acclaimed damages.
My friends said that i'm being bullied as the benchstone wouldn't have cost that much and if the landlord/ Managinh Agent had been genuinely thankful for having me as a tenant during the lockdown and despite the hard times i still tried
