A list of puns related to "Command Paper"
Admittedly, my knowledge on the conflict in the Eastern Ukraine is quite poor.
I dont quite understand how the current situation could come to pass. Currently the fighting there seems to be more reminiscent of WW1 with tench lines and little progress on the conflict from either side. Of course, that is also due to the multiple cease fires going on, but why sign a ceasefire in the first place if on paper the Ukrainian Armed Forces seem to have a vast material advantage on the pro-Russian Forces?
Of course, Russia did bolster the Separatist with Russian military personnel as we all know, but it cannot possibly have been so much men and material that the Ukraine is unable to defeat them, especially while keeping up the facade of them not being involved?
Why did the Ukraine just give up the Crimea and not fight for it? Imagine if the UK would just retreat from Northern Ireland instead of fighting for it. Seems kind of inconceivable to me.
Why has the Ukraine failed to defeat the pro-Russian separatist rebel forces in the Eastern Ukraine, despite on paper the Ukrainian Armed Forces seemingly being the third largest army in Europe, with a vast tank and IFV arsenal (though admittedly not very modern, but as if that matters against rebel forces)? Only the airforce seems to suffer.
I'm playing the original Paper Mario for the first time and thought it was really dumb. Feels like it should have been a beginning mechanic.
Been awhile since I have posted here, but I'm back with a big update!
The Command Dudes have made the leap from spell table content to IRL Paper EDH gameplay.
I have no experience in editing things like this, lighting, sound basically anything in regards to how this all works, but I gave it my best shot and hopefully made something ya'll can enjoy!
The latest episode -- https://youtu.be/4uLA4tHO3QY
After making this episode I had a few questions for you all, Does the price of your deck matter? This games decks ranged from like $500 to around 1k and they all seemed to interact well, but maybe the speed of the decks were affected by price? Lemme know what you think.
What did you think of the episode? What did you like and dislike?
I'm excited to hear from you all!

I want to create a Server with multiple worlds like adventure maps and jump and run maps. Many of those maps use command blocks to tp and save progress, but when importing them, tp and other stuff doesn't work.
I just setup a clean server with paper 1.17.1-388 and Multiverse-Core 4.3.1 and tried to import a jump and run map (Parkour Helix 2) with:
/mv import parkour-helix-2 normal
Yes, enable-command-block is true in server.properties, but i have no chance of getting the command blocks to work with imported maps. When setting the world to parkour-helix-2 in server.properties, then the command blocks work fine, but i want to have multiple maps like these on the server.
I also tried setting:
command-block-overrides:
- '*'
in the commands.yml, but that made no difference.
I googled myself to death on this topic, i would be glad if someone could help me with that.
If there are other suggestions for plugins accomplishing that, i'm open for suggestions, it just has to work with bungee.
EDIT: you need to put the datapack from the adventure map in the datapacks folder from the default world. Probably there will be conflicts when you put more that two datapacks in the same world folder, maybe modifying the datapacks can fix it
In today's dream, my parents told me about some old movie that supposedly achieved some special effect on people's TVs by executing a command one level higher (as if you could execute a command from a Bash function to do something directly in the terminal or even the user's desktop instead of regularly in the function itself). That would totally break everything permission and encapsulation related, but OK. They left, I watched the scene from the movie and the command was apparently just "export" (while in reality it's kind of the opposite, it causes a Bash variable to be handed over to sub-shells).
Then I used a pen to write some command, I guess it must have been the equivalent of "echo"/"print"/β¦, followed by "Why numbers?" (for some reason), onto a piece of paper and the result (just the text "Why numbers?") appeared below. I wrote "export" before it and the result appeared on the ground below the paper instead. Then I kept adding "s"-es, which were supposedly the shortcut for "export" for some reason, in front of it and the text kept appearing in different angles in the room, apparently relating to what the default position of higher and higher levels were: the floor, the room, the building, the city, eventually the planet and galaxy or so, meaning they apparently had one canonical coordinate axis. That alone would already be a great discovery about the nature of the universe. But then, after one more "s", the pen suddenly lifted out of my hand, kept hovering right in front of me (even when I turned my head) and wrote into the air! At first it struggled to produce understandable words, but eventually it wrote: "I've been wondering the same thing."
I donβt know what to do, I keep getting a debug kinda looking screen that says TLB exception on load either during the Action Command tutorial or during the scripted fight if you skip the tutorial. Iβm using PJ64 version 3.0.1 with the default video config and my controller input config is NRage if that helps at all.
For the uninitiated - Command the Cause is a Spelltable based EDH League. We're free to play, we give away prize support (~$500+), and we raise money for charity! We raised almost $1500 in Seasons 1 & 2. The winner of each season picks the next Charity, and this month we're supporting the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals) to help end animal cruelty!
We usually use TCGPlayer gift cards as prizes. You can win by finishing top during a Season, being nominated for a Superlative, or through our β‘ Flash Events: events triggered at certain donation milestones that que fun challenges (maybe it's a "bounty" to eliminate someone, maybe it's a deck building challenge, maybe it's to play against a famous Streamer). For Season 3, Flash Events will be given more allocation of prize support and given a higher place for prize earning within the community.
The overall idea is simple: play games on our discord with community members. You can earn points within game by performing various challenges (first blood, killing with commander damage, etc). We average scores so everyone has a chance, but we also require 12 games be played over the 4 week period to earn prize support.

I run/play on a semi anarchy SMP and am looking at a stacking raid farm to build. As they produce so much lag, an auto clicker is not a viable option as there won't be 20tps, meaning that 550ms will not equal 11gt needed to recharge the sword. Is there a server side attack interval command like carpet's /player [name] attack intevrval 11 ? I'm thinking of switching to fabric when 1.18 is released but until then I'll have to make do with paper.
Hi there, founder of Command the Cause here! You folks might have seen us post a couple of times - we are a paper/spelltable based Commander Community. We give out real prize support, have real fun events (like this one!), and do really super awesome things for charity (we're currently raising money for ASPCA)! Deckbuilding contest coming at ya, this time for Quartermaster budgets!
With overwhelming community support, we have decided to give official support to Quartermaster - for those that don't know, this is a Commander variant introduced by The Command Quarters, where every card in the 99 must cost a quarter (25 cents, USD) or less. Going forward, we now offer LFG channels specifically for Quartermaster - what's more, we have included the full list of legal cards on our website, and a wonderful community member has made us a Quartermaster bot, which will check your entire deck for illegal cards or check individual cards for you!
The winner of the deckbuilding contest will receive the 99 of their deck ordered for them from TCGPlayer - as with all of our events, we do scale based on participation, so there is a chance for multiple winners or for Commanders to be included!
This deckbuilding event is meant to be a teaser for an upcoming Quartermaster Event which might just be our biggest and most rewarding undertaking yet - build now and get ready!

I never realized this before, but the EXACT same thing happened at my high school job fair around the year 2,000. My dad, an antique dealer, signed up for a booth and did absolutely nothing to adorn his area. He brought zero antiques and didn't even print out the details of his job. All he had on his desk was a single blank sheet of paper and insisted that it stood for the "infinite amount of ideas in the world" or some other silly notion.
When it was my turn to visit the fair I instantly sought out my dad right away. I was upset by his lack of preparation (He could have brought multiple fascinating antiques!) and I told him that his booth wouldn't catch anyone's attention because it didn't display any items, failed to explain the excitement of his job (which was truly fascinating--he was a treasure hunter), and overall came across as uninteresting. He grew upset with me for saying this, and I then told him that he should not act angry toward any students. This made him ever more mad.
At the end of the day he told me that only 1 student approached him, and that they asked him if he used a computer at work. This was clearly part of an assignment. Instead of recognizing and appreciating this, he lectured that student. I told him that he'd antagonized his sole supporter, and this made him even angrier.
All my friends knew he was my dad and mocked me for weeks. It was fine--we were real friends and the humor was in good spirit. I felt bad for my dad, who I love, but was never able to explain what he'd done wrong without upsetting him.
TLDR--My dad is Michael Scott and put zero effort into a high school recruitment day and then whined about how little attention he received.
Also is it possible to have a bet and win/lose system to earn money for economy things? (i already have basic things like Work, Dauly, Balance, etc.
Roll up, roll up! The most important paper since Army 2020, or 2020 Refine or SDSR 15 or Options for change drops on 22 March.
Here is your chance to guess whatβs in it - serious or joshing replies.
Guards Div to be replaced by formation dancing team. Army bands to be replaced by Spotify subscription.
AS90, Chally 2LEP, and Warrior upgrade all binned. Replaced with fewer and newer. All networked so the Ruskies can rain precision fires on them.
RAF Regt lose their heavy weapons... Red Arrows become the Red Arrow.
Navy get more nukes, but we swap a carrier with India for a decent trade agreement.
Good evening, afternoon, or morning to you, people of r/conlangs. Today's Saturday, and that means it's time for another typological paper! Once again, there will be some prompts for you to discuss in the comments.
This week's paper is about a special type of command, viz. imperative imprecatives. This type of imperative is used to curse the listener or a non-SAP person, like for example in English 'Go to hell!', 'Bugger off!' or the one in the title of this paper, 'Damn your eyes!'. There are several strategies to express such constructions presented in the article; in this TyPoW I will divide the prompts into two parts: first there are some general prompts on how imperatives work in your conlang, and afterwards you get to discuss how imprecatives and curses function! Now onto said prompts:
How do imperatives work in your language?
How do you curse in your language?
Remember to try to comment on other people's languages
So, that's about it for this week's edition. See you next Saturday, and happy conlanging!
Title. Also while youβre here what is one origin of stereotypes? How do you go about that.
They can't issue orders for shit, even after Shibuya their order seems like a rebellion invitation than an order of chain command. The students seem to ignore all of the orders that are given by High Command after this incident. So if the Generals can't order their soldiers to obey, they already lost the war and it seems that Jujutsu High Command also receives the same fate as well.
Command the Cause is a webcam/paper EDH discord community. It's free to play, and we give away prizes while we raise money for rotating charities (picked by each Season Champion)!
We're getting really close to 500 members (and close to $500 raised in donations for Season 2) - help us reach these milestones and walk away with a STX Bundle!
The only stipulation is the 500th member needs to play at least 1 game!
