Happy 2022 everyone!! Today I painted this Japanese Dango! 🤩🤩 I'm a food-artist, so I paint what I crave! Dango is a chewy dessert made of rice flour (like mochi)! The Mitarashi dango is typically glazed with a gooey sweet soy sauce to give it that glossy, yummy shine! PERFECT for painting haha!

Before surgery, I used to enjoy the occasional taffy, or chewy gummy bears. I really miss the texture of the candy more than the candy itself. Does anyone know any alternatives that could satisfy my craving? Or maybe some sugar free versions I could make at home. I’m not too keen on savory chewy food for my craving, but I might be willing to try it. It’s my first sweet craving post surgery, and I don’t plan on indulging it, but I do want something for the texture.

After being left alone for 30 min, our husky chewed through the cardboard Chewy box, through the plastic packaging and THROUGH A METAL CAN to get to her wet food. Husband came home to find her covered in blood, at first thought she had eaten our cat (both were fine).

Chewy textures in food are overrated and I prefer crispy/crunchy
I like all my bread toasted till crunchy and think the crust is one of the best parts, like cookies thin and crispy, pizza thin crust & well done, and always ask if my fries can be well done in a restaurant (that's one I've brought some people around on. More flavor, trust me!)
But anyway, I know it's unpopular, most people seem to prefer soft/fluffy/chewy textures!
Also, those Japanese fluffy pancakes are an abomination in my eyes lol, I even like thin and crispy pancake edges
Soft chewy dog food kibble for puppies
My puppy (7m) doesn’t like her dry dog food. She’ll only eat it once I put water in it and she likes it more eat it more when it’s been soaking for awhile and the dry dog food has soaked up all the water.
I’m having a hard time googling soft puppy foods. It’s either giving me results for wet dog food or they claim semi-moist but it’s in a pouch. I’m looking for soft enough to chew but dry enough to store in a container.
How is Chewy able to sell cat litter and dry food cheaper than my local supermarket despite having to ship them through the mail?

The price for my autoship discount pet food on Chewy.com has risen 46% over the past 3 years.
Years ago Chewy was a convenient and cost-saving way for me to buy my pet's food and have it auto shipped on a convenient schedule. My order hasn't changed during this time but I've notice my discount went from 25+% off to a few pennies per case of canned food.
Now I know this is Petsmart recapturing the $3 billion dollars they paid for Chewy in 2017 and having their customers pay for it.
Has anyone else found an alternative?

Anyone have any suggestions for bad cat breath? He’s about 14 months old. Give him the chewy subscription healthy hard food in the morning and wet food at night. But I feel bad because he want to cuddle as I’m going to sleep and his breath almost makes it unbearable. (Indoor cat)
