A list of puns related to "Caspar"
My son is now four weeks old and still nameless (I really don't recommend going so long without making a decision, it gets harder each day!), I keep going back to various names and stumbled back on Caspar/Casper a few days ago. What are your thoughts? OH went straight to "the friendly ghost"... I don't see the issue with it, there are many popular names associated to characters, and it's not a negative association in my opinion - after all, he's a friendly ghost.
I think it sounds lovely with Athena Evangeline (my daughter's name) and it's uncommon but known - fits the criteria. Does it work with Athena in your opinion?
Top picks for the middle name are Leonardo and Aurelius, any other suggestions?
Also, preference on the spelling - Caspar or Casper?Β (I'm in the UK).
Bernie gets the most S votes yet! She's unstoppable!
Here are the rules:
Reply with where you would tier the unit in bold. Feel free to add a + or - if you think they belong near the top or bottom of that tier. Also PLEASE provide a brief explanation why. I will count your vote regardless of whether I think you are right or wrong.
A general guideline for tiers. Suppose you had to randomly pick units for your next team, and this unit was assigned next. Which tier best matches your reaction?
S (Edelgard, Bernadetta, FByleth, MByleth) : LET'S. FUCKING. GO. This unit's mere existence drastically changes your gameplay and how you want to build the rest of your team. If they're not your #1 unit, it's because there's another S tier there.
A: Nice! While not as centralizing as S tiers, they are still very strong and will likely be among your top 6 team members.
B (Hubert): Not bad. They do their job solidly, but you'll usually have better options in S/A tiers.
C: Meh. It's going to take some effort making them stand out, and they'll frequently be filler units.
D: Big oof. You're praying you don't get these units. You'd almost rather bench them and spend the extra exp on someone more worthwhile.
For the sake of some ordering, I will also sometimes ask if they are better than a similar unit. Also answer this in bold. It will only matter if they end up in the same place.
Assumes Maddening, NG, DLC. Feel free to discuss the bonus stat boosters/Chalice/sauna, as honestly I really don't think they would amount to any big tier list changes. Also assume efficient (but not LTC) gameplay, so try not to use auxiliary grinding as a way to defend a weaker unit.
Up to you on deciding how much availability and/or different performance in each route matters, but please account for it in some way.
You can give credit for items that the unit comes with, but they should still stay in the same tier. For example let's say normally Lorenz would be D tier. If we account for Thyrsus, that would move him up to D+ at most.
Our next unit is Caspar. Now that we're starting to have units that perform differently each route, it gets a little trickier to assign a single rating. Just use an average rating for now, unless you really think their performance in a certain route defines them.
Doing my first run of Black Eagles. I dislike him as a grappler because all he seems to do is tickle the enemy. So far I've specced into axes and heavy armor, might take him down Wyvern Rider.
Before I do that though, I'd like to hear from the public what is optimal or most fun for him. I'm still pretty early pre-time skip so I don't mind changing up specs.
Apparently, before Ben Diskin graced us with many memorable video game and anime performances, he was the voice of Eugene from Hey Arnold. I felt strong enough about this to post it in Reddit.
I don't think he is amazing, but he has decently strong base strength. He also doesn't have a crest so it's decently easy to set up a wrath vantage build or just a normal grappler/warmaster. He is also on a helpful place on chapter 13. I'm open to being wrong on this take :)
