SEC stated that they havenβt officially came out and said that Ether and Bitcoin werenβt securities, they said it was just mentioned in a speech. The judge then ordered them to release all communications and documents related to Bitcoin and Ether for the case. This is very good.

Things are looking better everyday. The average daily cases number fell by a huge amount. Hospitalizations are at a pandemic low. Percent positive bested the number posted yesterday and is also a pandemic low. Deaths reported were a bit ugly for a second day, pulling the average up a bit. We're seeing a steep downward decline in all of the important numbers. If this trend continues, these posts will no longer be nessacary.
Vaccinations improved by a small amount.
Is there a good explanation for the increase, a sudden significant amount of asymptomatic testing or something? Otherwise it seems to be ramping up in schools quickly.

Dr Mercola has spent years building up a loyal following of people who value his down-to-earth advice and science-backed recommendations that have provided many of us lots of ways to live healthier. Early in the Covid pLandemic, Dr Mercola was initially a believer in face masks and social distancing, however it didn't take long for him to realize that the entire charade was a scam designed to advance the Great Reset Agenda and help Gates/Fauci/Big Pharma force us all into a Lifetime Program of Vaccines Forever.
As a result, Dr Mercola became a powerful voice against the Covid Globalists and he did a lot of great work pointing out the benefits of IMMUNITY DEFENSE as a possible way to combat Covid-19 for most people who don't want to take experimental vaccines. Because he was so successful as reaching people and because his advice made so much sense, Dr Mercola became a target for the Big Pharma Great Reset crowd to take down.
>SHOCKINGLY, it seems the Technocrats have won!
Today on Dr Mercola's blog was this article: https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2021/05/04/removing-articles-related-to-vitamin-d-c-and-zinc.aspx
In his words "Until now I have refused to succumb to the governmental and pharmaceutical thugs relentless attacks.Β I have been confident and willing to defend myself in the court of law, as Iβve had everything reviewed by some of the best attorneys in the country. Unfortunately, threats have now become very personal and have intensified to the point I can no longer preserve much of the information and research Iβve provided to you thus far. These threats are NOT legal in nature, and I have limited ability to defend myself against them."
I'm saddened by this turn of events - if it can happen to well-established social influencers like Dr Mercola, what hope do the rest of us peons have when we want to raise our voices against Big Brother?
Is our future really to end like Winston Smith's - will we all be forced to "Love Big Brother" in order to survive in the new new normal world?
Say it ain't so!
First of all let me tell people. I am not VIP neither do I support this guy. Innocent or Guilty, I have no stocks involved here.
I'm just someone who saw #JusticeForSeungri trending today and decided yet again to look into what was going on or was there any new development only to basically run circles and just find nothing credible to actually understand what is happening. This has been my problem since the beginning of this whole scandal. I wanna properly know who did what and what is Seungri involved in.
I'm saying this because, often people use the "This part of the news was wrong so how are you sure about the rest of it" argument and I hate it. Because, that actually does make the entire point look weak. And that gives people even more substance to feel like the person is wronged. I wish things were more crystal clear.
If anyone can please explain everything to me from the beginning properly with some legit links that'll be of great help.
this question is fairly short and simple, do all motherboards fit in any type of case? or is it like theres a specific case for a specific motherboard?
I just saw the AMA guy from Joshβs childhood posted videos on YouTube with his take. I was wondering if thereβs a mega thread where people have posted videos and podcasts that people have made on the case and if thereβs not, can yβall post the links to anything you found helpful or insightful under here? I read the Reddit all the time but I still feel out of the loop a bit.

Today's update is fantastic. Case volume is fairly high, but so is testing.
The 7 day averages for cases and hospitalizations dropped. Both the hospital census and the average are now below 1,000. The ICU number has been declining as well. Deaths are steady, averaging 15 reported per day.
Percent-positive is now down to 4.7%, the lowest since October 10th and a hair away from pandemic lows.
Vaccinations picked up the pace a bit, with the first day with nearly 100k new doses in a while. The majority are still second doses, so we're going to see a sharper decline in the daily average soon.
The UVA Report is out as well. I've reproduced the charts below, but there is much more content in the weekly PDF:

We have more good numbers to start the week. Only 336 postitive cases were reported. Percent positive dropped back down to 4.3%. Deaths were low, but the average is staying near 15 per day.
The hospital census dropped again to a new low. The only day on the VHHA chart with a lower census is 3/24/20, which is the first day on the chart, with 722 patients. We may break below that in the next day or two if the trends continue.
Daily vaccinations continue to slide lower, but we've now exceeded 3 million Virginians fully vaccinated. That is quite the milestone for a state with a total population of 8.5 million.

The numbers aren't quite as good today, but there are bright spots. The new case volume is exceptionally low, but so was testing. We can expect a dropoff in testing if fewer people are sick, so this may be a good sign. The 7 day average of new cases is below 1,000 for the first time since October 11th. Hospitalizations continue to trend downward, and are well under 900 now. Deaths are low and steady, hopefully there will be a decrease there to follow the reduction in hospitalizations. Percent positive remains at 4.6%, which is near a pandemic low.
Vaccinations were not good, with only 17k new doses reported. There is some reporting lag here, but Sundays are always low, so I doubt there will be a big improvement in tomorrow's total. We did reach 60% of the the 18+ population having their first dose, so that is something.

Today's numbers are a mixed of good and not so good. The 7 day averages for cases and hospitaliztions dropped again. Deaths reported saw a bit of an increase over the average. The daily hospital census jumped up for the second day in a row. Hopefully we resume the hospital decline in the coming days.
Percent postive dropped to a new low at 4.3%.
Vaccinations continue to slide downward, and I'm not sure that we'll ever see any improvement.

The 7 day averages for cases, hospitalizations, and deaths have fallen once again. Case volume is relatively low. The hospital census fell again and is the lowest it has been since July 6th. Deaths are steady, but low.
Percent positive dropped to 4.6%. It was last this low on October 8th. If it drops below this number, we'll be at pandemic lows not seen since the very first day of testing reported, 3/16/20.

Today brings some more good numbers. The 7 day average for cases had a large drop, as did all of the hospitalization numbers. The ICU census is as low as it has been since November 8th. Deaths continue on that same as they have for weeks.
Even though testing was higher than normal today, the percent positive moved up slightly, but is still exceptionally low. Unless some other respiratory virus starts circulating, I expect to start seeing some volatility here if cases continue to drop as less people will seek testing. Regardless, hospitalizations continue to be the best number to watch to ascertain to state of the pandemic.
Vaccinations posted the best number since Saturday. The majority of doses continue to be second doses. That ratio may improve once the vaccines are approved for younger people.

There is more good news today. The 7 day averages for cases, hospitalizations and deaths have all fallen yet again. Percent positive dropped again and now stands at 4.5%, which I'll call the pandemic low. This is lowest PCP since 3/16/20, which was the very first day of testing reported.
The less good news is that vaccinations continue to decline as demand is satisfied. We may see some improvement next week when Pfizer gets approval for 12-15 year olds, but I wonder what the acceptance rate is going to be.

Growth Trajectories have great improved as well, with the exception of one addition region "In Surge". Going from 9 districts in decline to 22 is wonderful. I'm not sure how this squares with the Rβ table above, other than the districts are smaller areas than the regions used for the Rβ estimates.

Today brings more good numbers. VDH was very late with the data update today, hopefully I can post earlier tomorrow.
The 7 day averages for cases, hospitalizations and deaths all fell today. The percent positive dropped to 5.2%, which is the lowest since October 22nd of last year. The hospital census increased slightly, but hopefully we'll see a drop soon.

I'm making the daily post early today, and it's self post because my normal media sources have not published anything yet.
It's yet another good day. 7 day averages for cases and hospitalizations have dropped again, though cases may pop back up a bit if the daily volume continues. Deaths are low and about the same as they have been. Percent-positive continues its dramatic decline to 4.9%. This is the lowest we've experienced since October 12th. Vaccinations have settled to around 75k per day, but over half are second doses, so we may see a decline here in the coming weeks as demand is satisfied.

The numbers are pretty decent once again. The 7 day averages for cases, hospitalizations and deaths have fallen. The hospital census is creeping ever closer to pandemic lows. Case volume is a bit high, but a good amount of tests were reported as well.
Vaccinations were decent, but first does continue to constitute less than 50% of the doses administered.
The UVA Report has been posted:
https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/content/uploads/sites/182/2021/05/UVA-COVID-19-Model-Weekly-Report-2021-05-07.pdf
I have reproduced the Rβ and growth trajectory charts below, but the full report is well worth reading.
Rβ is moving in the wrong direction in all but one region, but remains below 1.0 everywhere.
Region | Rβ May 3 | Weekly Change |
---|---|---|
State-wide | 0.873 | +0.094 |
Cental | 0.903 | +0.115 |
Eastern | 0.891 | +0.075 |
Far SW | 0.879 | +0.063 |
Near SW | 0.942 | +0.142 |
Northern | 0.772 | -0.008 |
Northwest | 0.957 | +0.103 |
The growth trajectories are a mixed bag, with 0 districts in surge, but a larger increase of districts in slow growth.
