The german state is still working with the true and tested piecemeal tactics, only announcing a very few cases at a time. It could of course be argued that these new cases were simply only tested now and released asap, but in fact the testing drive at the car manufacturer that is the epicentre of the infection ended Friday and the information that likely the whole family of one of the positvely tested man had been infected was told to the press by doctors at the end of last week, based on symptoms, but those three people were never officially included in the numbers. This looks to me like a planned press and PR tactic to reduce panic - and it's working at the moment.
It is also possible that these two persons were tested before, but showed up negative, which would indicate that the tests used here in Germany are unreliable and that many other tested people, of whom some are not in house-quarantine, could be infected. There is of course no mention of such a possibility either in the presser linked above, because admitting such would really unsettle many people who up to now think that this virus is harmless and controllable. Thoughts?

Today, he announced the celebration of life and sacrifice undertaken by the Twenty Two Heroes of Bavaria who perished by the unjust gunfire of German Military Men. The slaughter of innocents has not gone unnoticed abroad or in Germany/Bavaria as mass protests against military killings continue, all the while the military units currently stationed in Bavaria have clearly stated their refusal to act - instead demanding a total withdrawal of Federal forces from the clearly sovereign Bavaria.
Joachim Hermann meanwhile has also announced the following key-piece of doctrine moving forward for the Bavarian Peoples.

Patient Zero in Italy very likely came from Bavaria.

So, this just an assumption based on their track record on this subreddit and the tendency to rewrite historical events to empower female figures. Latter would be petty, but I wouldn't put it past them.
Edit: It took nine days but I have been informed that there was no bad history and that she really did disown her son in the Treaty of Tours.
