After chemo and a bone marrow transplant for leukemia, in 2012, oncology sent me to imaging for a followup echocardiogram to compare my heart function to the baseline. They found declined function, but never sent it to cardiology, so the notes were buried and all was assumed to be fine, until I ended up in the ER this year.

Hi, i've developed hypertension, tachycardia, and fatigue, inability to do sports. But in the same time all cardiologists think that i'm completely fine and should return to excercising, basically they think im healthy. also Myocarditis negative.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms and found a way to deal with it ?
Can it be some kind of sophisticated neurological issue ?
Right now i don't feel at all like returning back to previous life or stopping taking heart meds. I'm completely lost and any suggestions will be great.
I was playing baseball today and while fielding a ground ball, the ball took a bad bounce and ghit me (thump) right over my heart area.
It happened about 15 minutes ago and the area is sure, but Iβm wondering if thereβs any risk of my heartbeat getting messed up or stopping?
Or would something have instantly happened?
