Probably the worst BGA I've ever seen. 50 y.o. male during cardiac arrest with severe aspiration of stomach contents. It's unknown whether this is arterial or veinous since oxygenation was terrible and access to blood vessels was extremely hard to get. Whole CPR took over 70 min from start to death.

Slighty visible pulse on neck, wrist, jugular notch and chest (jiggles my stomach). Should i be worried?

22M, 170cm, 77kg, 120/80 bp, 100-110 Heartrate, Asian, Slightly obese, No smoke, No drugs, Drinks moderately, Asthmatic.

Started noticing it after experiencing mild chest pain after waking up and vanishes after a few minutes. Happens for a month now. After that I went to a doctor and he only requested some test. The results are:

Glucose (FBS), Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL is normal.

The doctor only listened to my heart and told me that I'm okay by looking at the test above.

Should i ask for an ECG and Thyroid Test? The pulse doesn't hurt but it's making me extremely anxious. Is this normal or just healthy anxiety. Thank you.
