A list of puns related to "Bourbon County, Kentucky"
Tasting rooms, etc. Wine country of Kentucky could be had there.
I KNOW NOTHING about bourbon. I have bought a few bottles of βgoodβ bourbon in the past; however, I have never cared about what I have bought. At 34 years old I find myself pushing the reset button on my life and am a bachelor. I decided to celebrate by purchasing the first bottle of my new collection of worth having bourbons. My thought Being if it is not worth having after 3-4 drinks Iβll just finish it off π . My first purchase a bottle of βbuffalo trace: straight bourbon whiskeyβ. Here are my thoughts/observations. It is smooth to drink with a noticeable βburnβ as you swallow. The flavors are all over the place providing sweet and musky notes. Once you swallow you feel a burn that compliments the flavors and sends the βyepβ goosebumps down your arms.
I bought the bottle for $35 (limit one per customer) and it is one that I will make sure to keep in my newly started collection.
So my wife lost her mind and surprised me with a trip to Kentucky to travel the Bourbon world for Christmas. We are going in March and all we have booked are flights and a hotel in Louisville. I am looking for any and all information, recommendations and insight to make this trip awesome. We have 6 days and want to travel to Lexington, Bardstown, and a few places in between. Looking for recommendations and which big name distilleries are good to visit, where the best experiences/tours are, hidden small gem distilleries, food, bars, ANYTHING. No morsel of information is too small so lay it on me!
