Why YSK: restaurants make big bucks on alcohol. If you want to save money, just buy your own from the wine shop and pay the corking fee at the restaurant. You might even see that same wine on the menu for at least 3 times the price!
Has anyone seen an extra recycling fee on their receipts? I tried to look up if any new legislation was passed in our city or state concerning bottle fees. The only thing I found was a purposed $.02 hike in March, which didn’t pass. $1.20 per can on top of the $.05 we already pay is outrageous.
