A list of puns related to "Blueberry Picking"
Hi everyone, I am just wondering if anybody knows of any places in Saskatoon, or the surrounding area, that is good for picking wild blueberries.
Thanks in advance
:)
I remember telling her that we had started trying and I was currently in the TWW. She said, βso you could be pregnant, like right now.β I remember smiling in response and saying βyea, I guess I could be.β
Well yesterday I found myself at the same blueberry batch almost a year later. Except this time I didnβt feel excited or hopeful. I felt scared and anxious. We had just gotten back the results from my husbands first semen analysis showing low count, motility and morphology. Our doctor was out the Friday before and wouldnβt be in until Monday to give us his interpretation, but we know enough to understand what moderate male factor infertility looks like.
Iβm doing okay. I can keep waiting. Iβm strong and smart and I have what it takes to see this through. Itβll be okay, whatever that means for us. Thatβs what I keep telling myself.
I'm looking for best prices and best produce, willing to drive up to an hour and a half. Would rather not support any super shady farms (places that exploit people, openly racist owners, etc.) I had never thought about this issue until a post about strawberries about a month ago and figure I'd like to be conscious of it. Thanks for any suggestions!
Edit - Hour and a half from south wedge area
Where are your favorite blueberry picking locations?
has anyone been out to sauvie to pick blueberries since the heatwave? iβve been on the east coast for the past couple of weeks so i donβt really have a sense of what has been cooked by the heat (including my own blueberries). iβve heard crops are possibly damaged and want to check on things before i go next week. thanks!
Maybe Henry Fonda is showing him how.
I'll be heading to a farm about 1.5 hrs away to pick blueberries on Friday. If you wanna tag along, hmu!
Hello - New to North America.
Just heard about berry picking and wanted to know what that entails.
How does it work? Is there an entrance fee? Can I take kids there? How much can we pick?
Any recommended places?
Also if you have tips for first timers please let me know. What should I carry for storage? Or will they give me bags there?
Thank you.
I'm looking to go berry picking for either blueberries or raspberries in the Bay Area (within 90 miles of San Jose) specifically this Friday, July 2nd. I've called at least three dozen places after checking Maps and websites, and only saw LoCA Blueberry Farm is open, about 90 miles from where I am.
Does anyone have any ideas on other places that have either berry open this Friday that's closer?
