Been watching a lot of content creators recently and noticed in the early days they don’t pick many bushes and never really explain why? Should I be picking berries in the first few days or leaving them for much later?
everytime one of my tribe mates or myself picks a bush for berries, we get booted from an official small tribes server on the new lost island map, literally every time. we can play fine for hours as long as we don’t harvest bushes lol. anybody experience something like this?
By far, my favourite tidbit in every game is the sound when you pick a berry. It is by far the most perfect sound when picking berries, I love it so much!
I also am a big fan of the follow me music (ie when Wally is catching Ralts in Pokémon R/S/E.
Little noises that ideally sound the same in every game is something I always look forward to in every new game.
Are any berries in season? When I was a kid, I went to the San Felasco Hammock Nature Preserve with my aunt and we picked blackberries along the trail. Is that still possible? I'm from Miami so I'm not familiar with all of the good berry spots in town. Let me know! 😊

Hi, I've seen that there's a maximum of 8 strawberry picking skill and apparently if you reach that level you can clear a bush in 7(!) clicks
Doing a bit of calculating and checking info online it turns out this is potentially the best way to make "illegal" money in this game, especially since making Kilju is automatic so there's no reason not to do both
Basically my plan would be to take the van to the landfill and live like a disgusting strawberry picking hobo, sleeping on the sofa and keeping all of the necessary items there (coffee, the grill, food and beer etc)
This way I can drive to the field early in the morning, clear out the bushes with my maxed skill, drive back to the landfill home and save to respawn the berries and then go pick them again.
This way I roughly calculated I'll be making 20k mk per week, counting the Kilju and ignoring diesel and food costs
Again this would all be illegal money which would keep my net income low so that I can feel free to do fleetari's vandalism job, and it would be good for other fines too
All of this depends on one single thing: how long does it take to max out the berry picking skill? Because after 2 full days of double picking I find myself still at 2.50 out of 8
1F loves berries especially raspberries. A near by berry farm was selling pints of raspberries for $5 if you picked them yourself.
I gave 1F a pint to hold and she starts breathing very heavily and staring at the raspberries. I let her have some and she got so excited. I underestimated her love for raspberries.
I've tried Florida Kush and Caps, but wanting to try their edibles. Wondering if they're worth the price

Are there places nearby to go berry picking? Are any accessible to someone with limited mobility using a cane?

I found a great place to pick chokecherries the other day but didn't want to do anything I'd regret.
I'm getting older and have a large number of berries to pick all summer long. Some is easier to do, but many of them are at the 1-2ft height and be ding over kills my back. For a lot of the berries, they are in a rocky, uneven area so a regular stool wouldn't be able to balance. Anyone have a garden hack? I have a ton of huckleberries to pick but struggle to get through a few sq feet at a time.
