Maybe a long shot. Anyone owns / has owned a property at Albany Mews and has had a lease extension before? Just wondering how much that costs. For me to even have a quote from the management company, I need to pay a fee first! I have about (low) 90 years left on the lease and would like to get it extended.
Hi everyone. I'm looking for room in Barnsbury /Barnsbury Estate and I would be walking a lot to Camden for socializing and groceries. Is that area in between safe? One of the recommended paths in Google maps is by the canal which seems sketchy to me. Any insight would help a lot. Thanks!
I have the option of living in either area, both are the same distance from my work and rent is only about 80£ difference.
Which would you prefer to live in and why? It may be good to know that I'm in my early 20's, so I enjoy socialising, drinking, staying out late and generally having fun.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
