A list of puns related to "Antipode"
That is all!
JK!
Hey guys, I really like antipodes. I mean, itβs manβs best friend in a scary alien dog way. lol So, are there any sectorial lists out there that could be considered good in a nominal sense that fields a few hounds? Iβm trying to gauge if they are just a poster child/meme or are they actually viable.
Shower of wisdomβ¦3, 2, 1. lol
I've had this for a while now and am wondering if this is considered "post" black metal, whatever the fuck that means.. I can't keep track of all the sub-sub genres and what they entail. whatever it is, I do like this one.

From Nietzsche contra Wagner 'We Antipodes':
>Revenge against life itself β the most voluptuous kind of frenzy for those so impoverished!
>
>Wagner responds to this dual need of the latter no less than Schopenhauer: they negate life, they slander it, hence they are my antipodes. He that is richest in the fullness of life, the Dionysian god and man, can afford not only the sight of the terrible and the questionable, but even the terrible deed and any luxury of destruction, decomposition, and negation...
From David Benatar's Better Never to Have Been: The Harm of Coming into Existence (2006):
>Each one of us was harmed by being brought into existence. That harm is not negligible, because the quality of even the best lives is very bad β and considerably worse than most people recognize it to be. Although it is obviously too late to prevent our own existence, it is not too late to prevent the existence of future possible people. Creating new people is thus morally problematic. (p. VII)
From David Benatar's Better Never to Have Been: The Harm of Coming into Existence (2006):
>I am serious about these matters because what lies in the balance is the presence or absence of vast amounts of harm. I shall show in Chapter 3 that each life contains a great deal of bad β much more than people usually think. The only way to guarantee that some future possible person will not suffer this harm is to ensure that that possible person never becomes an actual person. (p. 5)
From David Benatar's Better Never to Have Been: The Harm of Coming into Existence (2006):
>Assuming that each couple has three children, an original pairβs cumulative descendents over ten generations amount to 88,572 people. That constitutes a lot of pointless, avoidable suffering. To be sure, full responsibility for it all does not lie with the original couple because each new generation faces the choice of whether to continue that line of descendents. Nevertheless, they bear some responsibility for the generations that ensue. If one does not desist from having children, one can hardly expect oneβs descendents to do so. (pp. 6-7)
From David Benatar's Better Never to Have Been: The Harm of Coming into Existence (2006):
>...a person is not harmed by being brought into existence if his existence is such that it is preferable to never exist
