I will start this off by saying, in real life, I am against the idea of polyamory, but that is due to upbringing and personality, and I am not against it as a concept. I have found myself, in a few recent narratives, wanting to insert polyamory into the world, and was curious as to how others have implemented it into their world building.

Are they too high up on their high horse? In all seriousness, did anyone else think that they came off as being too preachy?

So for those who got to do it…what did you honestly think? Word around the ship wasn’t super positive, so I’m genuinely curious what the general consensus is now that we’ve had time to sit on it.

And if it wasn’t what you thought it’d be, what were you expecting? I personally expected it to just be a room with a motion comic type video (projected all around the room) of the comics played out with music synced, (kinda like the Gutter video)…less of a school play kinda feel.

Not crapping on it, I’m sure a lot of hard work went into making it and I was beyond excited seeing anything Amory Wars related.

I’ve been a fan of coheed for years (musically only) but never got the chance to getting around to understanding how the amory wars and the albums go together. What is the order in how I should start reading/listening.

Hey everyone I was thinking about this recently, I’ve been a fan of Coheed and Cambria since In Keeping Secrets came out, that was the album that got me into the band. It was only about 5 years ago that I found out about the story behind the albums, so please forgive my ignorance.

My question is, which concept albums could be considered The Amory Wars? All of them, meaning Afterman - Vaxis? Or would it be Year of the Black Rainbow - No world for Tomorrow?

As I said I was just thinking about this as I do my yearly listen to all of Coheeds albums. Thanks for your help!
