This is one of the first things you are told when you learn about islam and it has never made much sense to me. Ordering the chapters by chronological order seems like the logical choice since it would make it easy for the reader to understand the "revelation" in the order it was "revealed"
Instead Abu Bakr decided to order the chapters from longest to shortest and I can't think of a reason why, after all, it's not like Muhammad said anything about the order of the chapters. Abu Bakr could have ordered them chronologically and no one would have questioned him for it

There is no excuse for Mohammed raping Aisha when she was only 9, and anyone who tries to come up with excuses trying to justify that is either heavily indoctrinated, a pedophile or just stupid. "But girls in hot climates mature faster" That is not even based on science. "But Aisha was smart and mature for her age" Yeah, there are a lot of kids who act older than their age, but 9-year-olds should be making friends and going to school and other kid stuff, not becoming a slave to a 53-year-old who claims he's a prophet. However, there's another villain in this story that's hardly ever talked about. We all know that Aisha moved in with Mohammed when she was 9, and that's already bad enough, but Abu Bakr, her own FATHER, arranged the marriage when she was only 6! It is still mostly Mohammed's fault because he could easily say no if he had common sense, but what kind of asshole father gives his daughter in marriage his friend? The reason why Abu Bakr gave Aisha to Mohammed was to "strengthen his friendship with Mohammed". It's not just Abu Bakr who gave his daughter away for marriage to "strengthen friendships", Mohammed also gave some of his daughters to strengthen ties with people (for example Umar). Women like Aisha were treated as objects that could be given and exchanged.
In spite of this, Muslim historians treat these incidents as if it's a normal thing, and Abu Bakr and Mohammed are regarded as prime role models of friendship. I mean come on, even Spongebob and Patrick are better examples of friendship than them.
Let me elaborate, our wise and great mod Abu bakr’s name has the letters “U” “R” and “A” which are all letters in the name of the greatest tv character Ural, now I know you’re thinking “oh Professor where is the L”. Well my brothers and sisters, Ural gave us all an L (a loss) when he defeated us in the competition for best looking person, therefore giving Abu bakr a L as well. To conclude, U + R + A + L = Abu Bakr = Ural.
