Found this freshly cut wood on a walk. Thought it would make nice serving boards a few CMS thick. Do I need to air dry or treat somehow to prevent cracks etc (like the ones present already on the small piece)? Can I cut first then dry? Anything else to consider? Thanks!👌

Real or fake Minifig torso? It’s Luke Skywalker from the Ahch-To set. Dog ate the original. Bought a replacement on Bricklink and never thought to check. All other pieces say Lego (except maybe the hairpiece, small text I can’t make out) but the torso looks scrubbed away on the “E” and “G.”

What do y'all do with your used books and why do you buy them in the first place? Even if a book is good, do you ever regret buying it because of the space it takes up or for any other reason?
I used to have a bookshelf full of books because I loved holding a physical book (why do y'all buy books?) ...20% of which I'd never read, then I went off to college and had to get rid of most of them.
They were great books, but I regretted buying them because my life was changing and I wouldn't be able to carry them wherever I went.
I tried selling them at first, but that was more trouble than it was worth, so in the end I ended up giving them away to friends and donating to Goodwill.
What do you guys do with YA (or any books) you don't want anymore? Would you sell them if it were easier?

For those who enjoy Milsim or Role-play, the Heat Map may be unappreciated. If you notice the difference you can see detail in structures as opposed to just a black cube on your map. You can make out walls, tents, fences and other building. You can even see where entry point are on a building.
