What does everyone think of the property prices in Adelaide?
I do believe we are heading into overvalued territory.
EDIT: Great news! Wonky was picked up by an ambulance driver a few suburbs away and taken to the pound. He's apparently quite dehydrated and was overheating when he was found, but is fine now. Thanks so much to everyone who kept an eye out, and I'm super sorry for not responding. It's been a hectic day, as you can imagine. We'll be reunited super soon!
My greyhound Wonky has been missing from our Croydon home since late last night/early this morning (8th or 9th Jan 2019). He's mostly black, but he has a white chest, and a little white tip on the tail. He's also not wearing a collar, for various reasons.
I'm extremely worried about him, because it's very hot today, and he's sensitive to heat. I fear he's just lying down on a road somewhere slowly dehydrating because he's not bright enough to go to someone for water. I also feel that even if he's spotted alive, no one will approach him or try take him to the vet/shelter. He's on-and-off aloof and not conventionally cute. He's also very large, very heavy, and very awkwardly shaped, so he's a big hassle to get in a car. People tend to cross the road when I take him out on a walk. And one of my greatest fears is someone hitting him with their car at night because he's too dark to see and too naive to keep off the roads.
Please help me find my dumbass :( He's helped me through a lot, and I'd be utterly devastated if I never saw him alive again. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up 20km away. If you've seen him, or have him, please please PM me.
Hi, I've just bought a flat on Dennett Road which is just off London Road nearer the town centre end. I've read on old posts that it's a dangerous area to walk around in etc. But just wondered if that is still the case? Any insights on the area from people who live or have lived around that area would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I've already noticed a dodgy as fuck looking cobbled alleyway running at the back of where our communal garden will be, which contains graffiti, beer cans, used condoms and a shopping trolley! So that doesn't fill me with confidence........
Slightly unrelated but this is so I can get the tube back and wanted to know if I had enough time to make connections, as I will be coming from Bromley. If anyone could help with this it’d be appreciated!
