A list of puns related to "Wasa people"
>"Liquor is famous for getting better with age, provided it is stored properly. The people who salvaged the Vasa took it to extremes.
The Vasa was a galleon, which sank in Stockholm at the start of its maiden voyage in 1628. When it was salvaged in 1961, the excavation crew found a keg of vodka. The contents were not only perfectly palatable, they were served as a pre-dinner cocktail at the Vasa Museum inauguration dinner."
Is there any truth to these claims?
Honestly before I got into crypto I laughed at it and always thought it was fake internet money. However as time passed my friends kept talking about it and were investing a lot into it and that peaked my interest in it but yet again I was not able to invest in it because I was broke and couldn't afford to buy a Bitcoin in 2017.
I honestly always thought that you needed to buy an entire bitcoin and never thought that you would be able to buy a fraction of a bitcoin. This was one of the stupidest assumptions I ever made and accepted it as a fact without doing my research. That has been one of my biggest regret to date..
What was your stupidest assumption about crypto?
While I do admire the banter and funny comparisons, I would prefer reddit not be the cesspool for insults and thoughtless remarks when it comes to politics.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

It really does, I swear!
Crispbread is a staple food in Finland and the other Nordic countries. Industrial production began in the 19th century and since then it has been an important school and military food, mostly thanks to how easy it is to manufacture, store and transport. It has a very bland taste and people argue about which side to butter (the one without the holes is obviously the right answer). How popular is crispbread or similar products in your home country?

So as like most people even playing it safe can only go so far unless your an absolute hermit and cut off your family which for me is beyond impossible especially during the holidays.. had some mediate family over and a few were showing the cold symptoms trying to blame it on allergies lol which I know the difference...anyhow too late to turn back type deal it is what it is unfortunately you can't kick your family out on Christmas for being suspicious of head cold ...
2-3days later my Teenager developed a scratch throat, day 2 soar throat hard to swallow, day 3 full head congestion ..day 4 Slight sore throat with small cough, day 5 all the above except sore throat and cough got stronger and 6-7 cough lingered with phlegm but felt better for the most part
Now as for me I felt like as if a flare up.. bad headache for a few days basically, stomach issue, chest and SOB but lasted maybe a day or 2 and not persistent..no sinus issue ..
That being said couldn't get any testing as every clinic,Dr office, even ER packed with panicked people looking for tests.. I didn't bother to deal with it in the event it wasa regular flu/cold and test were pretty much out from my understanding anyways...
I wonder if Long Haulers like myself have had similar experiences hard to tell the difference between a bad flare up and infection especially with my infection being in end of September 2021
Wonder just how strong those Delta Antibodies are against Omi idk everything is always up in the air
Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
When I got home, they were still there.

When did it become normal to move around when puck is in play? There was a lot of getting up, leaving their seats, and coming back during puck play last night in the section I sit in. Also, to the group who decided it wasa brilliant idea to take a group picture in the isle during the 3rd period, you are extremely rude and blocked some people from seeing the game.
Too often you hear people say "it's not a scam or shitcoin, because I'm making money".
Shit projects and scams can have their prices go up and even skyrocket.
It's not proof of fundamentals.
Fundamentals aren't everything in terms of driving the price. There's plenty of the best tech on the market that didn't move up much in price for while (ahem Cosmos and Harmony a year ago), despite having top fundamentals.
Supply and demand is the driver. And very often hype and irrationality can prevail more than fundamentals.
Never underestimate how poorly people do their research, or overlook that part altogether.
Not many people have learned how to do research properly. It's not something really taught in schools. It also doesn't help that there's so much misleading information online.
So it's very easy for the driving force behind a price to be irrational.
Remember Bitconnect?
The price went from around $60 in July 2017, when it started to become more widely known, and hit $470 a few months later.
For half a year, people were making a ton of money.
Bitconnet was the Christmas sleigh, delivering big gains consistantly.
You can bet that more people than Carlos Matos were making the argument that it wasn't a scam since they could literally throw their big stack of gains on the table and impress their wives.
But that's kind of the point of scams, they have to make money at some point. And they have to be very attractive to bring in enough suckers.
Here's another pretty famous scam coin:
This is following a similar course as Bitconnect.
Hex is a clever new form of ponzi, using loopholes to get around being a direct ponzi with proof of wait system.
But the money is still going to Richard Heart's pocket.
It's essentially working on these inorganic promises of returns through its aggressive marketing and referral bonus. There's not even any proof of work or proof of stake. It's a proof of wait, which isn't based on anything that makes sense in an economic sense. There is no real value. It's basically a proof of sucker system.
Users are locked for very long periods of time for the sake of waiting, unable to sell. So initially unable to drive the price down. With of

As an avid African history buff, my excitement was immeasurable when Origins was first announced. Africa prior to Origins was in a really sad state and clearly incomplete. Perhaps there was no better example of just how underdeveloped the region was than the area of Modern Ghana. This region, the size of Great Britain which saw the dramatic rise and fall of multiple fascinating empires, is composed of 8 provinces. Half of these provinces are uncolonized, while the other half belong to Bono and Dagbon, two states which are woefully flavorless. While I thought Origins as a whole was pretty cool, I was quite disappointed to see that one of my favorite regions of the world remained in such a sad position. So, I decided to make a mod focused entirely on Ghana to allow people to play as the incredible kingdoms, confederacies, and empires that ruled Ghana in the early modern period. I started the project yesterday, and here is what I have so far.
Check out the map here! Culture map here!
So far, I have added 12 new tags and 15 new provinces. Additionally, 8 new cultures have been added. Akan, once a single culture, has now been split into a culture group with 6 sub-cultures. I also plan to add an additional culture, Ewe, in the West African culture group, which will appear via event around 1600 in the southeast region, as well as more revolter tags like Larteh and a theocratic Guang-cultured state in Dagbon.
So, without further adiu, let's talk about what was going on in early modern Ghana. The story of Early-Modern Ghana begins with the migration of the Akan. The Akan were a people fleeing from the chaos of the decline of the Empire of Ouagadou (often called the Ghana Empire) in the early 12th Century. The ancestors of the Akan settled in the north of the region, and created a kingdom called Bono Manso. Over the next few centuries, many Bono people began settler further into Ghana, where they came into contact with the Guang, another ethnic group that had settled in Ghana a few hundred years earlier. Through a combination of conflict and assimilation, the Akan expanded further into southern Ghana, establishing many new states and creating several new subcultures.
A new trade node has been created to better reflect the trade relationship between the states of the Volta river basin and their neighbors to the north and South. Trade map mode here At the game's start date, t
