A list of puns related to "Ultras (film)"
Films which have the same level of unending and unbearably good tension.
Don't need to be single location ones, but just ones which have the same feel.
Here's my review for the S21 Ultra WSDG and its film counterpart.
I used a promotion from Amazon.com and it along with its film counterpart came about to $22.00 roughly.
At first, I already read the reviews for both and I was less enthused to buy it until it went on sale, like now.
When I got the package in hand, I initially set to use the film protector.
Boy, oh boy, I have a lot to say about the film Protector.
The jig is a one-piece, unlike the Amfilm's two piece for the film protector. It can and will lift while adjusting for the punch-hole. Additionally, how they decided to implement the installation process for the film protector is by far less idiot-proof than the amfilm's objectively superior method. First, you'd have to install portion 1, which is centered around the punch hole and a portion extending towards the volume buttons. However, the film seems to be the type to bubble very easily.
Of course, it wasn't that difficult except for the fact that the installation video seems to imply using the squeegee at a perpendicular angle to center the camera hole properly. However, the squeegee can also rub off on the film portion, leave residue, and creates bubbles. Not happy about that.
The second portion is arguably easier to install as it employs the same method as Amfilm's using a squeegee to push down on. This portion I have zero troubles installing. Of course the top portion is full of bubbles.
Long story short, I used all three protectors and all three had the same issues with bubbles near the camera punch-hole.
The camera protectors are... eh. You need proper installation.
Don't ever buy this; I'd recommend Amfilms simply because their installation process is more idiot-proof.
As for the WSDG, well, certainly, it should be idiot-proof, right. They literally simplified the entire process down to a winding mechanism, but even then there should be issues, namely the need for a level table and distribution of LOCA glue.
I'm happy to report that after installation, everything seems to be working even fine, even fingerprint. I could have chosen not to redo my fingerprints because they still seemed to register as fine as without it on, but I did so anyways.
Of course, mine wasn't absolutely perfect in installation. It refused to spread to the outer edges of the top left even when I tilted it quite a bit, but it wasn't a complete eyesore as most of the unglued portions were on the slight bezels.
Of course, I'll have to see if the WSDG will
