The Twenty-fifth Dynasty of Egypt were Nubians that invaded from the south. When did modern European archeologists/historians learn this? When they did was there any resistance to the notion of "black" Pharaohs ever having existed?

The Golden Age of Egypt: The Fifth Dynasty
Thankfully for the people of Egypt, the political stagnation of the Fourth Dynasty would not last forever. In 2458 BC, a general named Sneferu led his men on Thebes and seized the throne. He was a highly skilled general, and within months had taken full control of the Kingdom. He executed the wasteful nobles who had made the Fourth Dynasty their puppet, replacing them with his most trusted advisors. He constructed great defenses and enlarged the army to protect the frontiers of the Kingdom. However, perhaps his most lasting achievement was the construction of the first Pharaonic Pyramid: The Red Pyramid. Constructed at his Dahshur Necropolis at the mouth of the delta, this monument will stand for thousands of years as a testament to his might.
But even Sneferu the Great pales in comparison to his son, Khufu. Pharaoh Khufu led his father's army south, capturing valuable mines of gold, tin, and copper that would be instrumental in upgrading Egyptian technology through the use of bronze. His army became a military machine, able to quickly destroy revolts and raids with amazing precision. This speed was due largely in part to the mass production of longboats allowing the army to travel swiftly up and down the Nile, the lifeblood of the Kingdom.
Pharaoh Khufu did not only top his father in his military genius. He also decided to one-up his father's greatest achievement: his pyramid. Over the course of over a decade, thousands of laborers worked on and off through the use of sleighs, ramps, and carts to construct Khufu's crowning achievement: The Great Pyramid of Giza. Standing at over 280 cubits (146 m) and with each base at a length of 440 cubits (230 m). The structure is by far the tallest in the known world. Flanking it are two far smaller pyramids for his two queens, Meritites I and Henutsen, and his mother Hetepheres I.
While the reign of Khufu's successor, Djedefre, was rather uneventful and stagnant, it was his grandson Khafra who would oversee the construction of the second pyramid at Giza, only slightly smaller than Khufu's. Khafra's pyramid would stand at a base length of over 411 cubits (215 m) and tower at over 260 cubits (136 m), giving the Fifth Dynasty credit for both the first and second tallest buildings in the known world.
Kafre's successor, Baka, was far less concerned with memorializing himself in death. He built a small pyramid in a secluded site with nothing but a few personal belongings. Baka was far more interested in that from w

What is the earliest documentation of Ra, the Egyptian god of the Sun? Much of the research I've found discusses how Ra became the main deity of Egypt by the Fifth Dynasty in the 25th and 24th centuries BC, but nothing gives an period for his earliest mention.
